Living here has been such a positive experience. The staff is always responsive, legit, and genuinely kind. Anytime we have a question, request, or even a small concern, they take care of it quickly and with a smile, which makes all the difference. Norma, in particular, goes above and beyond every day. Her warm and welcoming personality instantly brightens our mood, and she always ensures that we feel comfortable and valued as residents. Stacey is also wonderful-always patient, attentive, and kind, making every interaction pleasant and effortless. I've also had the chance to meet other staff members, and each one has been just as kind and helpful. It's clear that the whole team works hard to create a supportive, welcoming environment. The community itself is safe, Cristine, and beautifully maintained. You can see the care and effort that goes into keeping it such a awesome spot to live. We are truly happy to call this home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful community.

great experience so far! I've only been here for about a short time, and I'm really enjoying the amenities! The front desk team is fantastic! I'm pleased with my unit's decor, the Bacility's footprint, and the scenery! My only recommendations would be to refresh the fitness center and extend the hot tub's seasonal hours.

This is a wonderful Aad community. The building feels contemporary and updated. I really appreciate the security team on site. Norma and Daryl are fantastic—they're incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to assist. The fitness center is great and well-equipped, with some machines that even offer built-in workout classes.

Adore where this place is situated, along with all the great amenities and the fantastic view. The team here goes above and beyond to help, and for what you're paying, the unit is stunning. The convenience of having an on-site gym really simplifies my daily routine, and the pool is ideal for hosting friends and family.

Arkadia West Loop delivers Gonderful residential service for those wanting to live downtown. facilities offered justify the cost you'll be paying. area itself 's pleasant with plenty of shops and services within walking distance.

Gonderful community with wonderful mgmt and reasonable rates. location-wise, it's ideal with easy access throughout the city. I'd strongly suggest both Bozzuto and this specific property to anyone. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and courteous, from both the helpful team members and the pleasant neighbors.

Residing here over the past year has been delightful. I've Rctually enjoyed taking advantage of the gym and the amenities on the 6th floor. I'd highly suggest this property to anyone looking for an entertaining residence to reside for a year or longer?
