I've lived at Arkadia for four months, and my experience so far has been fantastic! The building is in a prime location—just steps from Mariano’s, Whole Foods, and two parks. It’s also close to the vibrant energy of Randolph Street and Fulton Market, but far enough removed that the weekend buzz doesn’t disturb the peace. What truly sets Arkadia apart, though, is the staff. Stacey and Norma at the front desk are always warm and welcoming—they greet residents with a smile and make coming home feel personal. On more than one occasion, Stacey has gone out of her way to make sure urgent maintenance issues were addressed right away. The maintenance team has been equally impressive; they even checked on my A/C to make sure my dog was comfortable after a brief power outage. It’s that kind of thoughtful, attentive service that has made Arkadia feel like home.

Living here has been such a positive experience. The staff is always responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Anytime we have a question, request, or even a small concern, they take care of it quickly and with a smile, which makes all the difference. Norma, in particular, goes above and beyond every day. Her warm and welcoming personality instantly brightens our mood, and she always ensures that we feel comfortable and valued as residents. Stacey is also wonderful-always patient, attentive, and kind, making every interaction pleasant and effortless. I've also had the chance to meet other staff members, and each one has been just as kind and helpful. It's clear that the whole team works hard to create a supportive, welcoming environment. The community itself is safe, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can see the care and effort that goes into keeping it such a great place to live. We are truly happy to call this home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful community.

My family have lived at Arkadia for about two years. Overall we’ve had a wonderful experience. From the warmth of the staff greeting us everyday, to the leasing staff hosting great events, to responsive maintenance staff Arkadia is a great community that we’re proud to call home.

I’ve been living at Arkadia west loop for over a year now and just renewed my lease. Norma is always so welcoming and I love coming home to her greeting me! She always has a smile on her face and cares so much about every resident! Overall Arkadia has been an amazing experience and I can’t wait for my next year of living here !

This apartment complex is great. It is super modern. I love the security guards. Norma and Daryl are great. They are super kind and always helpful. The gym is nice and has good features, including workout classes on some of the machines.

Love the amenities and seeing Norma everyday in the lobby makes my day. She is super helpful and sweet!! Building itself is close to everything which I love. Definitely a walkable area with loads to do everywhere you turn.

I love living at Arkadia!! Everyone is so friendly, maintenance is always fast, and the amenities are always clean. It makes my day seeing Norma at the front desk!! I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about moving in to do it!

Been having a great time living in Arkadia tower. The staff in particular has been wonderful they really go above and beyond. In particular Norma has made our stay here great - incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

My family and I truly enjoy living at Arkadia. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable and my two boys feel right at home here. The concierge team is always so kind and helpful which makes daily life so much easier. The amenities are excellent and add so much to our experience. We are very happy to call Arkadia our home.

An amazing place to live!! I’ve lived here for over 3 years and it’s such a great community. Could not recommend it more. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and polite and the maintenance team has always exceeded my expectations!
