I could give 10 star reviews of this building, and a big reason for that is the staff, who make it so pleasant to be a resident. I have to mention our very special lady at the front desk, Juliet. She is a ray of sunshine! She is on top of everything! It's just a joy to see her each day, and she takes wonderful care of us all. Anything you need, she will help. I also adore our staff in leasing. Megan the manager is wonderful, and Kierra and Sidney are just fantastic agents. This building is beautiful and I am very pleased. Maintenance does a lovely job, and they keep the common spaces functional and clean.

I visited my friend at 727 and it was a nice building. Everything is so clean and well managed. It is in a great location in the West Loop! 727 is a great building, location is awesome and the staff is the best! The management team is top notch!

My partner and I have lived in 727 for over a year now and have loved it. It is everything that I would hope for in a luxury apartment — 24/7 gym, outdoor pool, sky lounge, and super friendly staff! Our apartment is also spacious with tons of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and great city views. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a modern apartment with great amenities!

I'm so glad my fiancé and I moved out. We were here for a year or so. Amenities were nice overall, front desk staff and a few leasing agents also kind. However, management has definitely shown a decline. We never had any official business at the leasing office but the few encounters with new management were not pleasant. She does not seem to enjoy her job much and a simple hi seemed like a bother. Best way to describe this is- a high school clique. In which the community itself has also taken a switch. Many great neighbors but some are beyond rude as per any apartment building. To give an idea, I over heard a couple in the amenities literally complaining to staff about the gym being "too loud" as well as other parts of the building. This is not news. There are a few people that definitely need to move away from the city or a residential 40 floor building. The HVAC and neighbors closing refrigerators is indeed very noisy as a review previously stated below, but people won't complain about that or the parties being thrown with excessive loud music for hours & the smell of cannabis all over the floor. They will complain about the gym being too loud or their cat's neighbor being "too loud" lol. There are plenty of better rentals in the area & it's surroundings.. I suggest looking anywhere else first. Save yourself the troubles. We personally never filed complaints on the parties, but come on,. You can tell who the clique is attacking, it’s so specific.

Lovely staff! They work extremely hard to keep this place ticking. Very appreciated! A huge thanks as well for being intentional around programming (e.g. breakfast, happy hours, and other resident appreciation events).

We have had an amazing experience living at 727. 727’s staff make it feel like they are your family. Love living here, everything from the neighborhood to the amenities. Maintenance is also extremely responsive and happy to help

727 is without a doubt the nicest place I have ever lived! The facilities are kept pristine and the staff is a cut above. The management team hosts regular social events for tenants, and everyone I’ve met is extremely kind and helpful. I don’t want to leave!

Amazing staff, location, and quality of living! We moved here new to Chicago and have had amazing convenience and have been able to explore the entire city with ease. The maintenance and front desk staff is very prompt and helpful and the building itself is clean, quiet and beautiful!

Pretty building but horrible service in pool area, cabanas and parking garage. They have outrageous parking fees and not enough parking because hotel parking guests take many spaces. The management office is good at their sales pitch to rent units but the services fall short. The package room emails are a disaster because they are inaccurate, sent too often, or not enough. Packages should be delivered to apartments at no extra charge since the building doesn't have enough space to store them.

Beautiful amenities - our favorites are the pool area and the sky lounge, and super nice and helpful staff - especially maintenance staff who respond to requests so quickly, and fun resident events/perks that make you feel like you’re living in a community
