We have been at Trio for almost a year and just renewed for a second. We could not be more happy with Trio. The Anit itself is great; floor to ceiling windows, hard wood floors, great bath/shower, awesome view. The doorman, mgmt and staff are also top notch, responsive and go out of their way to remember our names and address any unique requests.

I am a current resident and I could not say one negative thing about trio. The staff is great and they are quick to respond to any inquiries/work orders. location-wise, it's exellent. Jewel osco is steps away and the blue and green line stations are less than 1/2 mile away. The Auite includes washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, etc. neighbors are friendly and the community/area is safe. I would highly recommend trio to anyone who is looking to move to the west loop area.

We have had the pleasure of living at Trio for over four years...and, if we weren't moving out of state, we would stay there another four. The units are spacious and gorgeous (beautiful dark hardwood)...the staff is helpful AND friendly...it's not just "pet friendly"--it's "pet loving"...and the location in Fulton Market/West Loop is the best in the city. The only negatives are the galley style kitchens (in some units), the central furnace heating/cooling, and the frequent rotation of doormen/women (and that's only bad because 99% of them are amazing and you don't want them to leave). All in all, Trio has been a true "home" for us...not an Aad complex...and it's luxury and a value price in the best microneighborhood in the US!

Trio is a lovely Anit building situated in the Fulton River District/West Loop neighborhoods of Chicago. For the price, Trio offers more living space than many of the other buildings around the neighborhood. While Trio doesn't have a pool, it does boast a fitness facility, nice views of the city and luxurious amenities (including appliances).

We've been residents at Trio for 2 years and couldn't be happier. It's genuinely the most affordable option available in West Loop. Our 2 bedroom corner unit was bathed in natural light throughout the day. The bathrooms and kitchen featured sleek European contemporary finishes, which appear to be included across the Bomplex. Our unit came equipped with a washer and dryer in-unit as well. The neighborhood offers Gonderful access to Whole Foods, Mariano's and Jewel, plus it's close to the Grand Blue Line stop and the Clinton Green/Pink Line stations. Maintenance responds promptly, typically arriving within hours of requests. They're also renovating the lobby and the fitness/party area. The updates should look fantastic when completed.

The apartments are quite nice and well appointed. All of the units have floor to ceiling windows and the corner units have amazing views. The walls are quite thick and I noise was never an issue. this place is kept up well and the staff helpful. It's a smaller, boutique Bomplex so it doesn't feel like you are checking to a hotel when you arrive home.

Wonderful place to call home! The team and doorstaff are always welcoming and ready to assist with whatever you require. The apartments offer good space and fantastic city vistas! The dog park located alongside the structure is a nice perk! Would definitely suggest to others

Great building to live in! Staff and door personal are friendly and helpful for anything you need. Units are nice sized and great views of the city! Dog park on side of building is an added bonus! Highly recommend
