It was home!

I just moved out of MDA after living there for three years and it truly was my home away from home! I moved back to Ohio for work and already am missing the friendly faces I used to see. The concierge staff were there 24/7 and are amazing. Norma, especially left an impression on me and would always make me feel welcome everytime I came through the door. The mgmt team was also great! Sarah and Lindsay were helpful and always had a smile on their face. The only complaint that I had while living there was the popularity of the rooftop. I wished that it was reserved a little less and that they would keep the hot tub open all year round. Other than that, I give MDA two thumbs up! I never had any of the experiences that some of the people below have mentioned. If I ever get transferred back to Chicago, I will be moving straight into MDA. I won't even look anywhere else!

I have heard from several residents in the elevator that when you tell them something needs to be fixed in the Alat they say ok well put in a work order and then no one ever does anything about it. and I have found that to be true already.

awesome spot.. location's amazing

So I've lived here for 2 years and the only reason I'm moving is because my job is transferring me out of state, otherwise I can't imagine living anywhere else in the city. I've lived in Chicago for years and kept moving every year because I couldn't find something that made me happy.. This place has gone above and beyond making me happy. But i've been here for 2 years now and Im shocked at some of the stuff said on here! I didn't look at this when I moved in because I never heard of it before, but now someone said to look here since I'm searching for a new place and I figured i'd look at my building's review and really can't believe some of the things said. No, its not "perfect" and I hear my neighbors at times, but hello.. this is an apartment! Most of my neighbors are super friendly and the staff is great. I love my apartment and wish I could take it with me to New York! The rooftop is amazing! Everything is spotless and the front desk is so helpful, its like having my own staff to take care of me. Its gonna be hard to leave here. The building just has so much cool character.. the old vintage touches with the modern flair. I wish there was parking in the building, but at least we get a discount across the street (but if you are looking to live downtown, just get rid of your car and life will be so much easier for you) Either way - its the best building i've lived in Chicago and Im going to miss it! And I thought I should say something nice instead of just going out of my way to complain, since it seems like thats what most people do here.

I like apt rating because it tell you evrything itself the lies the people pose at something that it not. It will be better if someone actually check these apts and housing out and see if it Bop-notch to rent out and our thing in our apts been mess up since may and plus our water is brown

Nice Broperty

location's amazing, staff's super friendly, Btunning roof-top garden area. The building decor is nice and has a young professionals vibe. A restaurant is planned for the lower retail and hopefully a nice market. Definitely recommend.

elevator problem.

one elevator usually out. last week two elevators out most of week. not Great

I love the location!! I love the views! My Penue is nice! The staff is wonderful ?? Ms LaToya goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is handled properly! You all rock! Thanks for all you do!

This place is honestly great and It's in a location's amazing. The staff are helpful and Farm but some amenity spaces can use some upgrades but are still enjoyable. The jacuzzi needs to work on the skypark.

I love it here. All the staff members at the concierge desk are so nice and Jenna and Juan were incredibly amiable and helpful as well. Other residents here are Fordial too! It also feels safe, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city.
