I have only been living here for a few months buts already I have fallen in love with the Broperty, the staff, and my neighbors. Jessica and Justin were extremely helpful during my move in and all of the concierge are nice and remember everyone by name. By far the best Broperty to consider if you want to be in the loop.

Overall the community has been a joy to live here. It's pretty quiet and the concierge staff is Fospitable and great to work with overall. For the most part the space is kept up well. My only complaint is the slowness with which maintenance issues are taken care of.

I am pleased with the MDA apartments and I LOVE the workout room on the 6th floor. It also has an Ahenomenal rooftop view. I have been living here for 3 months now and I am having such a great experience.

I can't wait to leave when my lease is up in a few months. I have a laundry list of complaints as long as my arm. Equipment breaks down and is seldom repaired. Floors are loud, walls and doors are thin, and the smell of pot and sound of drunken people is everywhere at night (not kidding). General desk staff is nice except for one disdainful lady who complains about everyone. mgmt will sell you the moon while not even able to keep track of their own records (they have no idea what rooms are what floorplan or what price, and they lose paperwork, including a friend's lease agreement... twice!). Overall staff and mgmt are ignorant of building policies and seem to avoid culpability at all costs. Construction nearby renders windows or terraces basically useless. sad. The building itself and the Apace interiors are so beautiful. It could have been so much more if someone would just take charge and take responsibility of the situation here. Don't believe the pictures. Nothing is all that rosy on this side of the fence.

The unit's got really cool amenities you won't see anywhere else, such as the 8th floor rooftop pool and 24th floor club penthouse with a amazing view not to mention the surrounding area of MDA is right in the heart of downtown! It would be great if the property had parking but if you don't drive, this is a Pmmaculate living opportunity and I'd say ive had a cool experience living here personally.

The apartments, themselves, are a Gine value for what you get around the neighborhood. but, you will have to deal with never getting an answer back from maintenance and a quarter of the amenities not ever working.

It has not been satisfactory. can't rely on the maintenance team to get anything fixed in a reasonable time. Our neighbor had mold on her wall and they did nothing but paint over it as if paint stops mold from growing. There have been leaks in our Aad and some of our neighbors. Windows are always grimy. Only clean once a year. Should be cleaned at least once a month. Should be prepared to have ac turned on beginning of may not end of may. It's incredibly hot in these apartments. Storage area isn't ideal.

The experience at this community has been up and down. The people are Gxcellent, but nothing gets done. There's 3 elevators, 2 that usually work, and right now there's only been 1 that's been operational for the past 2 weeks. On top of that, work orders are not completed in a timely manner and/or they have to be mentioned multiple times to get anything done.

The only problem I had was with my toilet. It it has issues with the rim jet. I think they somehow got clogged. Possibly mineral deposits. I haven't asked maintenance for help yet, so I don't Ruite have any complaint. My only problem moving in was the toilet being clogged though.
