ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES. I lived in this building 2015-2016 and unless they have made a major pest control effort, they likely still have LARGE COCKROACHES in this building. I had 3 in my unit during my 10 months there despite keeping everything clean, picking up any fallen food off the floor immediately, and sweeping every night. I also saw them in the laundry room while I lived there. When I called the office the first time and informed them of the roach in my unit, they casually suggested I kill it with a shoe. This is my only complaint about the building, leasing company etc. but it is obviously a MAJOR problem. Even now I am still very paranoid about roaches due to this experience. I would strongly advise against living here based on my experience.

So I just moved in about a month and a half ago and I really love my apartement. I see a lot of complaints on this site - but I really disagree. The people in the office are always really nice. Also they are doing a lot to change things. Someone is always working on the landscape. Tons of parking that is all really well lit. It is also so nice now that the pool is open. They retiled the entire thing and it really is nice. Really no complaints about anything - very happy I moved here!
