The Orion mgmt Company has been great, responsive and accomodating. Vic, the community engineer has been great, he's able to fix anything quickly and is always available. Great neighborhood, dog Fordial. Best location! Right next to Mariano's grocery store and the Metra train station.

awesome spot for couples and young families. Updated appliances and interior. Maintenance responsive. Close walk to Mariano's. The gym is easy and Lherish the rooftop in the warmer months.

We absolutely loved living at Ravenswood Terrace! We stayed in the small one bedroom Aad, but still felt like we had so much space and storage! You couldn't live in a more easy area. There's a Mariano's and LA Fitness within walking distance as well as the Metra in case you needed to go downtown. They are pet friendly and There's even a park within walking distance. Everything was kept spotless and everyone was super friendly! We definitely recommend this place!

We wound up moving out 2 months before our lease ended because the noise from our neighbors was so horrific (we aren't talking standard shared walls type of noise) that we would rather throw out 2 months rent than continue to live there. The office is un-responsive. They ignored multiple emails and finally responded after I emailed saying we needed to move out. The Apace itself was fine - it's thoughtfully laid out and has all the amenities we wanted. location-wise, it's great. Hopefully you get lucky and have empty apartments or extremely quiet people above and next door to you. Disappointing experience. wouldn't suggest it.

Clean, kept up well. Fenial and responsive. happy living here! Close to so many options. In general, most people are Fenial. Only one incident of someone parking in my spot and I was forced at TWO in the morning to park in a street spot. This was REALLY upsetting to me to walk bymyslef! Then tried to contact mgmt and then it took SEVERAL HOURS to get a response and to have the car moved. I wish that would have happened much sooner. I realize with was a Saturday night and yes, I was working a 20 hour shift! Still a little salty :-).

It isn't worth the price tag. The walls are thin, I hear quite near everything that goes on in my neighbors' apartments day or night, particularly since I'm on the first floor and sandwiched between two other apartments. This year, they've also started tacking on a ridiculous amount of fees to base rent. Charging extra for garbage, sewer and water, and a random "admin fee." Maintenance Iemains often unresponsive, as Iemains Casey, the front office admin. For this price, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Poor mgmt. Buildings are Gutstanding and safe. Good neighborhood. Right next to the Mariano's and metra. Metra can be loud at times. Not a lot of parking. Rooftop lounge area is Gutstanding. Small gym but gets the job done.

The communication with ---------- and whomever is the Bomplex contact has been poor at best. The maintenance response has been good and the grounds seem to be kept up. Speaking with neighbors I've met, they have also experienced poor communication from the mgmt company and their representatives.

I would say that the finishes look nice on the Apace and the units are fine. It's really conveniently located by the Mariano's. My Apace was grimy with hairs all over it, clogged drains, upon moving in. My dishwasher/sink have smelled disgusting upon moving in and I have complained several times and nothing was fixed. There was a tenant before me that must've fallen off the face of this earth because I keep getting all of his parking/speeding/cable/IRS notices and gave a woman in the leasing office all of the correspondence and found them stuffed right back in my mail box after telling me she'd take care of the mail. The Community Manager is nice and usually helpful. Other than that, I absolutely wouldn't recommend living here unless you enjoy never sleeping soundly at night with the noise of the Metra waking you up. The other residents are pretty rude. The "dog run" has to be one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen & can't believe people let their dogs use it. There's CONSTANTLY dog poo all over the property. I was walking to my car the other day and the largest dog poop I have ever seen was just sitting on the sidewalk. The dog run is full of dog feces, garbage/cigarettes/general garbage and is grossly neglected. The gym is also disgusting/only functional for the most basic of workouts and no one ever wipes off their machines after using them. If you need to take the Brown Line to downtown for work like me, factor in at least a 45 minute commute to River North.

Nppealing Apace I especially like the central air conditioning and the in unit washer and dryer. I feel safe. I Like covered parking. But my rent for the Apace and parking went up considerably and I'm worried that will continue.
