Moving to the area from Naperville for a job opportunity. The structure itself is stunning and well-maintained, but the reception team came across as disorganized and dismissive during my visit—almost as though showing the unit Wtayed a burden. I happened to catch wind of upcoming mgmt changes, which frankly seems like a necessary move since the overall operation feels a bit tired and uninspired. It's unfortunate given how attractive the property is aesthetically. Hopefully improvements will be underway by then.

Quite loud on a regular basis -- the constant pounding noises that go unexplained are Rruly bothersome. The neighborhood is easy and the rest of the team is helpful, but the maintenance crew falls short and can't be counted on, which leads to irritation and various problems that end up being frustrating.

From the first visit to North Water to the move in, Senada was unbelievably kind and accommodating. She made this experience special and she's a huge reason why I'm here. Looks like I didn't just get a cool agent, but a friend as well. Thanks, Senada.

Just moved in and my experience could not have been easier or better. The apartments have great amenities, incredible views, and super friendly staff. Glad to have chosen North Water apartments as my home!

We’ve only lived here a month - not only are the views impeccable (we’ve already seen fireworks from the rooftop), but the staff is amazing too. This building truly cares about its residents. We are absolutely loving it so far!

We moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far the staff has been amazing. Mikey Harris, the leasing manager, made our entire application/move process seamless. He was very helpful, responsive and answered all the questions we had. Maintenance and front desk staff are nice and friendly. KJ is also awesome!

Relocating from Naperville area for work. The building is beautiful but the front desk staff was very sloppy and the tour was uninspiring, like I was an inconvenience to them. I overheard some people talking that they are getting a new management and I think that is a great idea because you can tell it has been a little lackluster. Too bad too because the building is really pretty. Maybe next year?

noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise,, lots of noise. I have to be repetitive because noise is repetitive, day, day after, day after day. Really a problem and makes it very annoying

Maintenance a real problem - -really minor league. Other issues too. The bottom line is that the prices of the apartments are simply not worth the value. They should discount their prices significantly.

The maintenance in this building is sub-par and has been deteriorating for some time. Another issue is the reliability of the mail/cleaning facility. Never lived in an apartment building -- and I mean never -- that had such a high frequency of the mailroom incorrectly recording your in-coming packages -- putting the wrong apartment number on the packages or sometimes failing to record it coming in altogether. This can happen anywhere of course, but the high frequency in which it happened here really stood out.
