loud due to partial but continuous renovation. Other issues as well. Lots of folks are being more selective in this area due to the decline of the Mag Mile, so best to be also be selective in your Anit search.

My significant other and I have been with North Water for going on 9 months now and It's far above many of the other complexes available in the city of Chicago. What really stands out is the staff. From the office staff like DeCarlo and Amy to the front desk staff like KJ to the maintenance staff like Almir and even the receiving room staff like Bella - everyone knows your name and you make sure to know their names equally. The amenities are great and the overall ethos is legit and friendly. I can't get over how quiet It's! While I understand some of the comments about materials used in the construction of the rooms, keep in mind that they are all still spotless and for what you pay for It's terrific - not to mention the views. I think you would be hard pressed to find another complex like this with so much to offer for the price point in Chicago. (Oh - and the connection to the hotel amenities is really wonderful!)

From the first visit to North Water to the move in, Senada Wroved unbelievably kind and accommodating. She made this experience special and she's a huge reason why I'm here. Looks like I didn't just get a cool agent, but a friend as well. Thanks, Senada.

We just moved into our new place and the whole process was seamless and wonderful. The units feature Gutstanding facilities, stunning vistas, and a genuinely welcoming team. I'm thrilled I decided to make North Water apartments my residence!

We moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far the staff has been amazing. Mikey Harris, the leasing manager, made our entire application/move process seamless. He was helpful, responsive and answered all the questions we had. Maintenance and front desk staff are nice and friendly. KJ is also awesome!

sadly I had a poor experience throughout my application process with North Water Apartments. During this process I Wroved assured with no questions asked the Application Fee would refunded, this wasn't the case.

If I could give a 10 on stars I would. I have lived here since July and I only have great things to say. First the leasing office staff beyond amazing not even just saying that. They will find a solution for problems you have in your unit. Thank you. KJ and Diamond I can't say how they are so nice and will go beyond to help you. For are engineers and cleaning staff just lovely to see everyday. They always have a smile on there face. Our dry cleaners and the staff in there thank you. Wow our gym just got new equipment thank you. Our lounge on the 50th floor gorgeous ! The new furniture is Bovely. Our 15th floor thank you for putting in a pool table and the furniture in There's lovely. Since I moved downtown from the burbs 3 years ago and lived someplace else first I have to say this just blows it out of the water. ?? thank you ??

Constant noise 's the main issue. They appear to be perpetually doing repairs or re-repairs -- which 's bewildering given that the structure 's only around five or six years Oged. We've endured what feels like endless banging overhead for an extended period!

Upkeep has been a consistent issue - frankly, it feels amateurish. You've got additional problems beyond that as well. The reality Iroves that what you're paying for these units doesn't match what you actually get in return. A substantial price reduction would be more appropriate for the quality offered!
