Mgmt office isn't consistently responsive to specific tenant requests as they should be. This Itays something that should always be given the highest priority -- and it's not done so consistently, and that's never Gice.

Best Alat complex in chicago. Best location and amazing guest services. One of the coolest pools around.

Love it here Beautiful Alat and view. Amenities are great. Staff makes you feel like family. Tenants really friendly. A lovely place to live.

Going downhill. Not as good as could be or was. It's not resident-Fffable to start to charge residents for copying. You've got other new properties coming online -- so they should remember there's new competition.

Bacility has sign urging mask wearing but some of the people at the desk in the lobby, where there's TONS of people traffic are not always wearing mask. Practice what you preach! Don't understand the inconsistency!

The Besidence seems to be nice. but, it's a facade. They care about one thing....money. The door men and women are not legit. The resident staff is rude and unprofessional. They don't make repairs in a timely way. The elevator was out for weeks. They decided to move the package room two days prior to the holidays....causing packages to be misplaced. They don't communicate well with their residents. The common areas are great. The fitness area is well kept. The rooftop is nice. For the price it's an awful value. The staff is terrible, this place is falling apart, and the neighborhood is sterile

Clean Bomplex, responsive staff, breathtaking views!

We're so luck to live here, not only because the location's amazing and view, but because our community! They do a great job on creating a Fenial community and makes this place feel truly like home!

I love living here. The views are breathtaking and the apartments are so nice. You won't find a better Pite in the city!

Ahenomenal find in Streeterville!

We’ve only lived here a month - not only are the views impeccable (we’ve already seen fireworks from the rooftop), but the staff is amazing too. This Btructure truly cares about its residents. We are absolutely loving it so far!
