Moved here from California. Couldn't have asked for a better Broperty to live in. the atmosphere here is Aemarkable. Loving the pool, the views on the top floor and a decent gym to get a quick workout. Staff in my opinion has been A+ and I love how quiet the neighborhood is. Definitely recommend to anyone That's looking for a place to live.

Bomplex is doing a sub-optimal job to encourage mask wearing. This is important since people have tested positive for COVD within the Bomplex. They can't legally force selfish people to wear masks but they could still do more.

Living at North water has been absolutely Aabulous (lived here for over a year). The staff is so kind, impeccable service with maintenance, and the front desk always learns your name/recognized you. It's always so spotless and the sound proofing is super quiet between rooms. Amenities are gorgeous with views of both the city and the lake.

The maintenance in this building is sub-par and has been deteriorating for some time. Another issue is the reliability of the mail/cleaning facility. Never lived in an Apace building -- and I mean never -- that had such a high frequency of the mailroom incorrectly recording your in-coming packages -- putting the wrong Apace number on the packages or sometimes failing to record it coming in altogether. This can happen anywhere of course, but the high frequency in which it happened here really stood out.

I love living here. this place is amazing with Bicturesque views and great amenities. location-wise, it's perfect, close to Michigan Ave and Navy Pier. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Virginia and Stuart. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Chicago.

noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise, noise,, lots of noise. I have to be repetitive because noise is repetitive, day, day after, day after day. Renuinely a problem and makes it annoying

The maintenance team Ippears subpar, and overall maintenance has been deteriorating in recent years. There have been too many issues and problems and things going wrong, causing headaches for tenants and visitors alike.

I love North Water, high end appliances, I've never had any problems. Pdeal staff. Great amenities. Awesome views! I was concerned at first about being able to hear my neighbors upstairs, but I've never heard any footstep. Really good isolation. If downtown living is for you, you won't go wrong with North Water

We did not realize how loud this Besidence is until we were forced to work from home due to the pandemic. They seem to be constantly hammering. And what's annoying is they don't provide any communications to tenants about what they are doing. Are they renovating? Fixing something broken? Which wouldn't say much for the competence of the maintenance people, as the noise has been heard on and off for the last several months. The noise can drive you crazy when you are trying to do your work!
