Just wanted to give a shout out to the door staff at the Reed! We went through a series of part time folks who are all great. But our long-time concierge Nestor and our latest addition, Justin are exactly what you want in a concierge: friendly, efficient, and professional! So lucky to have these two as part of the Reed family!

As a resident at The Reed, I’ve had a consistently great experience. The front desk staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. The building itself is clean, secure, and beautifully maintained. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism the team brings — it makes a huge difference in everyday living. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed and thoughtfully run building in the area!

We have enjoyed our time at the Reed. It’s in a great location and we enjoy our neighbors. Lots of fun activities for residents. It’s safe and easy to navigate all major expressways. We would recommend to anyone.

I've been a loyal resident with Bozzuto for almost four years, always paying rent and fees on time. Yet, when my car was vandalized "inside a secure garage", management showed a complete lack of urgency or accountability. What happened? An unauthorized vehicle (not a resident's) somehow got into the "supposedly" secured garage, parked in my assigned spot, and when I followed proper protocol and had it towed, my car was vandalized in retaliation. It's been almost a week, and management has little to no answers or action despite multiple cameras covering the garage and building entrance. Their excuse? These things take time", although they do have all the information. That's unacceptable. How does an unknown, non-resident car even get inside a locked garage? Who let them in? What's the point of security if random people can get in, damage your property, and leave with no consequences???? Even worse, I tried sharing this on the community channel, and my post magically never got published. It's clear they are trying to avoid public accountability. This is a serious failure of security, communication, and leadership. If you're considering living here, ask yourself what would happen if your property were damaged. Based on my experience, management will do nothing and let the rules slide when it's convenient for them. Extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by how this has been handled for a paying resident of 4 years. Obviously will not be renewing with them anymore.

We had an amazing experience here! The property, location, and amenities are fantastic, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming, especially Gabi & JT in the managment office. Every time we come in, she greets us warmly and always goes the extra mile to make us feel at home. Her kindness and willingness to help whenever possible are truly appreciated!
