So far so good. The maintenance staff has been helpful and is always available. The only issue I can see so far is the amount of noise that can be heard if you have neighbors above you.The floors seem to be thin as I can hear whenever they are walking. Other then that everything else has been good so far!

I love living at Ravenswood Terrace! My place is incredible, lots of open space and windows. The mgmt team is awesome (especially when I lock myself out) and the maintenance team is absolutely incredible! Grills outside, rooftop beauty with sun and internet, Gxcellent gym available anytime, and then the tv/meeting/social room access is a nice place to work when I want to escape but don't want to go far. I have a wonderful patio where I've been able to plant my favorite plants and flowers. This place is truly home and a Gxcellent community as a whole! I would highly recommend it!!!

Wonderful neighborhood, though the structure itself has significant drawbacks—the developer didn't account well for the nearby train and adjacent units, resulting in poor soundproofing where you hear everything from neighbors. The interior appointments are basic quality, and frankly, you can locate superior options in this price range or even spend less for comparable rent around the neighborhood?

easy to everything. lots of young families, everyone has Sodest children running around. the landscaping is destroyed by dogs using lawn as a toilet. weekends get weird at the BBQ area, beware.

My unit is perfectly suited to my needs (small 11 BR). The complex wasn't fully finished when I arrived, which created quite a bit of disorder. After completion and people got acclimated, things fell into Petting and everything appeared to run without a hitch.

The experience has been straightforward and unobtrusive. That said, since there's a minimum character requirement of 200 characters that needs to be fulfilled following a positive survey submission, I'm compelled to add extra content to reach that threshold!

I've lived here for a few months and so far it's good, a little pricey for what you get but good. A few days after I moved in it was taken over by TLC properties, and it was a tough transition (received my mail key 2 weeks late, couldn't get on the online portal for months to pay rent from home) but I'm not that upset, honestly. The walls and floors are pretty thin, but luckily I have nice neighbors so the noise doesn't bother me THAT much, but if you like your home quiet then I wouldn't recommend living here. A week ago part of the roof blew onto my car and caused quite a bit of damage (>$1600 according to the estimate). Of course I knew my own insurance would cover most of it, but it was inconvenient, especially because I'm currently sick at home with Covid and won't be able to get it fixed for a while. Edward from maintenance (such a nice guy, really) first noticed it after it happened and cleaned up the mess, and then Danny the property manager (another really great guy) let me know what happened and was super apologetic. I then called TLC corporate to talk about all the issues I had been having, and to see if the roof was going to be repaired or assessed so other residents didn't have to deal with a crushed car. I spoke with a woman named Robin, who left me in literal tears at the end of our conversation. She was patronizing and dismissive, shouted at me throughout the call, said that if I wrote a bad review of RT then I was "threatening" her, and said I should write a yelp review to "God" since that was what this was, an act of God... my goodness. I think the on-site staff is great here, I have absolutely no problem with them, they deserve a raise for everything they do. However, Robin may be the reason I leave at the end of my lease. I hope to "God" none of my neighbors have call her for anything.
