We absolutely loved living at Ravenswood Terrace! We stayed in the small one bedroom apartment, but still felt like we had so much space and storage! You couldn't live in a more convenient area. There is a Mariano's and LA Fitness within walking distance as well as the Metra in case you needed to go downtown. They are pet friendly and there is even a park within walking distance. Everything was kept very clean and everyone was super friendly! We definitely recommend this place!

We wound up moving out 2 months before our lease ended because the noise from our neighbors was so horrific (we aren't talking standard shared walls type of noise) that we would rather throw out 2 months rent than continue to live there. The office is un-responsive. They ignored multiple emails and finally responded after I emailed saying we needed to move out. The apartment itself was fine - it's thoughtfully laid out and has all the amenities we wanted. The location is great. Hopefully you get lucky and have empty apartments or extremely quiet people above and next door to you. Disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

It isn't worth the price tag. The walls are thin, I hear quite near everything that goes on in my neighbors' apartments day or night, particularly since I'm on the first floor and sandwiched between two other apartments. This year, they've also started tacking on a ridiculous amount of fees to base rent. Charging extra for garbage, sewer and water, and a random "admin fee." Maintenance is often unresponsive, as is Casey, the front office admin. For this price, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Having a space that feels like a relaxing retreat as a home is wonderful, Ravenswood Terrace is the perfect perch to enjoy access to the vibrance of Chicago without the constant sensory overload of the city!

We moved into Ravenswood Terrace sometime in the middle of September and so far we absolutely love it! It's located on a dead end street which allows for more privacy and much less traffic. The dead end also makes it feel more like suburb living rather than city living which we love. It's located right by a Mariano's which makes grocery shopping a breeze. There is also a Target and Aldi located near by if you prefer those! Everyone we've met so far seems pretty friendly. The staff is really nice, but it seems like they might be understaffed. If you have a question I would recommend going into the office to ask rather than calling or emailing because they tend to not get back to you very quickly. Other than that though our apartment is amazing especially for the price that we pay. Overall we really enjoy it here and would definitely recommend you giving it a try!

I love living at Ravenswood Terrace! My apartment is incredible, lots of open space and windows. The management team is awesome (especially when I lock myself out) and the maintenance team is absolutely incredible! Grills outside, rooftop beauty with sun and internet, great gym available anytime, and then the tv/meeting/social room access is a nice place to work when I want to escape but don't want to go far. I have a wonderful patio where I've been able to plant my favorite plants and flowers. This place is truly home and a great community as a whole! I would highly recommend it!!!

The management company is just awful. You'll talk to the property manager about your concerns and they're brushed off and you're given a very generic response of "thank you for sharing your concerns.. please reach our directly and we'd like to discuss"... or something along those lines. The apartments have zero sound proofing so fingers crossed you have a silent neighbor. The floors are cheap laminate flooring that pops up everywhere and shakes the whole apartment when you walk. They label the apartment as "luxury" but it falls short of that by miles. They also like to increase rent even when there are a ton of vacant apartments. I would not recommend this apartment.

I would say that the finishes look very nice on the apartment and the units are fine. It is really conveniently located by the Mariano's. My apartment was dirty with hairs all over it, clogged drains, upon moving in. My dishwasher/sink have smelled disgusting upon moving in and I have complained several times and nothing was fixed. There was a tenant before me that must've fallen off the face of this earth because I keep getting all of his parking/speeding/cable/IRS notices and gave a woman in the leasing office all of the correspondence and found them stuffed right back in my mail box after telling me she'd take care of the mail. The Community Manager is very nice and usually helpful. Other than that, I absolutely would not recommend living here unless you enjoy never sleeping soundly at night with the noise of the Metra waking you up. The other residents are pretty rude. The "dog run" has to be one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen & cannot believe people let their dogs use it. There is CONSTANTLY dog poo all over the property. I was walking to my car the other day and the largest dog poop I have ever seen was just sitting on the sidewalk. The dog run is full of dog feces, garbage/cigarettes/general garbage and is grossly neglected. The gym is also disgusting/only functional for the most basic of workouts and no one ever wipes off their machines after using them. If you need to take the Brown Line to downtown for work like me, factor in at least a 45 minute commute to River North.

Over priced. Priced way over market value. Recently increase of $135 on renewal. Parking specials available; however, when you resign it will go up to $195. 40% vacancy as result of increases. Sound between floors very poor. Laminate floors sound hollow. Bedrooms spacious. Kitchen nice but poor carpentry. Property not being maintained. Property managers come and go. Only consistency is Amaris.

Great area but building developer built this poorly with the train and neighbors so close that you can hear everything. Lower end finishes and you can definitely find a better place for the same amount or less than the going rates here.
