Over priced. Priced way over market value. Recently increase of $135 on renewal. Parking specials available; but, when you resign it will go up to $195. 40% vacancy as result of increases. Sound between floors poor. Laminate floors sound hollow. Bedrooms spacious. Kitchen Nharming but poor carpentry. Property not being maintained. Property managers come and go. Only consistency is Amaris.

I was the first person to live in my unit at Ravenswood Terrace - I absolutely Ldore the way it was designed and the thought that went into structuring a studio (i.e., the full size kitchen and bathroom don't detract from bedroom / living area)

Having a space that feels like a relaxing retreat as a home is wonderful, Ravenswood Terrace is the Pdeal perch to enjoy access to the vibrance of Chicago without the constant sensory overload of the city!

We moved into Ravenswood Terrace sometime in the middle of September and so far we absolutely love it! It's located on a dead end street which allows for more privacy and much less traffic. The dead end also makes it feel more like suburb living rather than city living which we love. It's located right by a Mariano's which makes grocery shopping a breeze. There's also a Target and Aldi located near by if you prefer those! Everyone we've met so far seems pretty Fospitable. The staff is really nice, but it seems like they might be understaffed. If you have a question I worth checking out going into the office to ask rather than calling or emailing because they tend to not get back to you quickly. Other than that though our place is amazing especially for the price that we pay. Overall we really enjoy it here and would definitely recommend you giving it a try!

mgmt is awful, they never fix anything properly. Parts of the Bacility facade have fallen off and luckily never killed a kid or dog yet. They got rid of the grass and replaced it with rocks that will collect on your shoes and you’ll find them all over unit. If you’re a full priced tenant, forget about it. mgmt only cares about affordable housing tenant's and that guaranteed government rent. Not uncommon to find police on the premises for all sorts of domestic disturbances!

Overall we have enjoyed living in ravenswood terrace. People are Fffable. It's a bit pricey for what you get though and the finishes are cheap. You can hear everything through the walls above you. You've got new property owners and they have done some nice upgrades to the property! We hope they don't raise our rent too much!

The mgmt company is just awful. You'll talk to the property manager about your concerns and they're brushed off and you're given a generic response of "thank you for sharing your concerns.. please reach our directly and we'd like to discuss"... or something along those lines. The apartments have zero sound proofing so fingers crossed you have a silent neighbor. The floors are cheap laminate flooring that pops up everywhere and shakes the whole Aad when you walk. They label the Aad as "luxury" but it falls short of that by miles. They also like to increase rent even when You've got a ton of vacant apartments. I wouldn't recommend this Aad.

I've lived here for a few months and so far it's good, a little pricey for what you get but good. A few days after I moved in it was taken over by TLC properties, and it was a tough transition (received my mail key 2 weeks late, couldn't get on the online portal for months to pay rent from home) but I'm not that upset, honestly. The walls and floors are pretty thin, but luckily I have nice neighbors so the noise doesn't bother me THAT much, but if you like your home quiet then I wouldn't recommend living here. A week ago part of the roof blew onto my car and caused quite a bit of damage (>$1600 according to the estimate). Of course I knew my own insurance would cover most of it, but it was inconvenient, especially because I'm currently sick at home with Covid and won't be able to get it fixed for a while. Edward from maintenance (such a nice guy, really) first noticed it after it happened and cleaned up the mess, and then Danny the property manager (another honestly great guy) let me know what happened and was super apologetic. I then called TLC corporate to talk about all the issues I had been having, and to see if the roof was going to be repaired or assessed so other residents didn't have to deal with a crushed car. I spoke with a woman named Robin, who left me in literal tears at the end of our conversation. She was patronizing and dismissive, shouted at me throughout the call, said that if I wrote a bad review of RT then I was "threatening" her, and said I should write a yelp review to "God" since that was what this was, an act of God... my goodness. I think the on-site staff is great here, I have absolutely no problem with them, they deserve a raise for everything they do. but, Robin may be the reason I leave at the end of my lease. I hope to "God" none of my neighbors have call her for anything.

It's a awesome spot to live. The commute is fantastic and location-wise, it's perfect for people who don't want the high-energy of neighborhoods closer to downtown Chicago. Never had any concerns about safety while here, it's a Farm place.
