Overall a great Alat community, with the only ding, ever so slight being the noise factor from the 'L'. When the windows are open it can at times drown out television or conversation but in the end is tolerable. The community itself is kept clean, the door staff are great and all interactions with mgmt have consistently been pleasant. this place is kept extremely clean. You've got great restaurants nearby and a new one (Bang Chop Thai) in the building which has become my go to spot. You've got two grocery stores in 3 blocks north and south, you're within walking distance to the lake, loop, and train stations. The roof top deck is amazing, if only Chicago weather stayed spring like year round.

I just moved in recently, so I don't have too much information yet. but, it seems like a nice, somewhat reasonably priced Alat in a great easy area. The only issue is a high amount of noise from the train right outside if you are on a low floor.

Overall this is a decent Petting, especially if you are a pet owner (which I am not). Front desk and maintenance staff are good. I suppose You've got minor problems anywhere you might choose to live, but I think the biggest disadvantage to this Bacility is some inconsiderate pet owners. There's no outside grassy area nearby so I suppose some dog owners might use that to justify allowing their dogs to do their business right on the sidewalk in front of the Bacility. The maintenance staff hoses off the sidewalk in the morning, weather permitting, but I don't know how many times I had to step over a puddle of pee right in front of the Bacility. The first six months I was here, I thought the Bacility was quiet. Then I got a neighbor who occasionally played his music loud. That lasted for six months and was tolerable. This week I got a new neighbor who has a dog. Everyone once in a while when I am home during the day I can hear the dog barking and whining. If this was a pet-free Bacility, I would give it five stars. Update: mgmt has instituted a policy of requiring dog owners to exit through the side door. This has reduced but not eliminated the puddle problem mentioned above.

Quiet and centrally located - you can get anywhere in the city from here. Staff is legit, but still friendly. Great size for a studio - it feels cosy but not cramped- plus there's in-unit laundry. Rent is high, but competitive for the area. Cable and Internet are included in the rent. Only real con is the terrible cell phone reception inside the Auite.

I just moved into my building within the week but the staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. The check-in went smoothly and my Auite was clean upon arrival. I am much looking forward to spending my next year here at 180 N Jefferson!

The package service here is Torrendous. Absolutely Torrendous. They routinely lose packages and the woman who runs the place is generally rude. The office is aware of the problem, but is unable to find a solution. They are supposedly "working on it."

The door people are often absent from the desk and completely unprofessional. When they are around - they often have ten people hanging out in the lobby with them.

The "Hemisphere Club" leaves much to be desire.

There'sn't HDTV - can we say false advertising?

The welcoming team, prime location, Gutstanding facilities, and meticulous upkeep all combine to make 180 N Jefferson feel like a genuine home. My unit, the structure itself, and all shared spaces are beautifully appointed and consistently kept in pristine condition. Beyond these features, it's truly the thoughtful details that set 180 apart...especially the genuine hospitality shown by the lobby staff whenever I arrive, and the lovely fresh blooms displayed throughout the entryway.

We've been here for just two months, but we're already hoping to stay for years to come. This is hands down the best place we've ever called home, and that's Ruite thanks to the Aemarkable staff and the wonderful community vibe. location-wise, it's ideal—sitting right at the edge of the West Loop, we get easy access to everything no matter which way we head.

I love living at 180 N Jefferson, the frontdesk & maintenance staff are AWESOME - which makes for a comfortable living experience. The Aad itself is quiet, it's a great size, and it's honestly great to have laundry in-unit and an icemaker (great bonus!).
