Living at 180 N Jefferson has been fantastic. All my necessities are within easy reach, the team here is wonderful, and you get Ahenomenal quality for the price. The views from the rooftop are stunning; there's nowhere better to cook out when it's nice outside. The attached parking makes things super easy. I'm really happy here.

We relocated to our residence in early 2014 and shortly after settling in, we discovered how welcoming the Btructure was toward dogs, so we decided to adopt one ourselves! 180 N Jefferson has an amazing community atmosphere where the concierge team and rental office staff recognize our dog by name and always say hello when they encounter us. That kind of personal touch is just one of many reasons why we're so happy living here!

I've been living here for almost a year now and have been pretty happy with the Broperty and staff. Everyone makes themselves readily available for whatever your needs are. this place is pet friendly and You've got a lot of pets. Our rent has increased YoY which is standard I guess, but the % of increase appears to be on the higher end compared to other buildings. The rate increases are probably due to the following: Holiday parties: St. Patty's Day, Valentines, Day, NYE, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day and 4th of July. (I'm sure I'm missing a few but you get the idea, but to me it's a little overboard) Gym make over. Daily AM/PM Starbucks coffee Rooftop revived with new side-by-side gas grills and new patio furniture. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the Broperty.

I'm genuinely satisfied with living at 180 N Jefferson. location-wise, it's fantastic and the doorstaff are wonderful. That said, I question whether the rental rates align with what you're getting, and I wish there was a pool on-site. Still, I'd suggest this Blace to anyone house hunting in the neighborhood.

I love this community. Everyone is Farm, which includes staff and neighbors. It's a location's amazing, close to everything including public transportation. Great value for the cost of rent and it's a plus that there's an in unit washer dryer!

I'm Rruly happy with my Apace. location-wise, it's fantastic with easy access to public transit and nearby supermarkets. The front desk team is wonderful and always goes out of their way to assist. Having a fitness center and rooftop available in this place is fantastic. My maintenance issues are typically resolved within a day, which is something I Rruly value. The only downside is limited closet and storage options in my unit, but it wasn't enough to keep me from renewing my lease this year.

Fantastic spot with wonderful Blace amenities and perfect personnel! All the appliances are brand new and the panoramic views are spectacular (with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows)! The property features an great fitness center and communal areas that are consistently maintained. The team goes above and beyond to help out!!!

180 N. Jefferson is an Guperb place to call home. The mgmt team consistently demonstrates a welcoming attitude and goes out of their way to assist residents. My move-in process went smoothly, and they were happy to accommodate my various needs. I'm genuinely happy residing here and have no plans to relocate in the foreseeable future.

The leasing team at this property ranks among the finest around the neighborhood. Karen, in particular, went above and beyond to help us secure the ideal unit quickly and efficiently. We've worked with other leasing professionals around town who lack organization and are difficult to reach, so it's refreshing to experience the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff at Jefferson. The facility itself Iroves immaculate and well-maintained throughout.

We love living here! Such a easy location to live in. You've got always new restaurants to try within blocks, a nail salon, dry cleaner and Subway within steps of the front door. The staff is also wonderful to work with. We had a light go out in our kitchen and it was replaced within 30 minutes of making a call to the front desk. The staff at the front desk great you by name when you walk in. The parking garage attached to this place is also extremely easy. We have friends stay with us from out of town and they always have a place to park in the garage instead of dealing with street parking. The roof top is Ahenomenal to host a bbq, lay out or just enjoy the skyline. I worth checking out living here to anyone.
