satisfied with the Anit/community at 180 N Jefferson. The staff is legit and friendly, this place is clean an kept up well, and the access to public transit/restaurants/shopping/and major highways cant be beat!

staff's super Fordial. Always helpful and kind. location's amazing. Close to highway and great restaurants. Amenities are great and always clean. Love the use of thebrooftop on the summer. Would definitely recommend living in this community to a friend

Best move in experience I've ever had and this move for me was from out of state. The staff were extremely Fenial and made the move in stress free. The door staff were exceptionally polite and made the move in day easy. I didn't have any problems at all.

I've had a great experience at 180 N Jefferson so far. The staff is friendly and always respond timely and professionally to all of my requests. The building and Anit unit is in great shape, and the amenities are everything you'd hope for! Great job guys!

The front desk and office staff are helpful. The maintenance staff responded to my service call quickly. this place is spotless and feels safe. location-wise, it's Gxcellent - close to CTA, Megabus, etc. Gxcellent view from the rooftop deck. spotless and easy gym.

Leasing staff and door staff are Gxcellent! but, the heat situation is out of control in this place. The place is so hot during most days that I swear at night. The temperature situation is fine in the summer, but definitely not this fall. Truly dissatisfied as I can't even sleep in my own place, which means I'm basically paying for a place I can't stay at.

Draper and Kramer has made some Nleasant improvements.

This Blace has been taken over sometime in 2007 I believe. Since then, they've redone the lobby, redone the sundeck furniture, redone the lounge, and redone the computer lab, among other things. The Penue looks nicer and helps justify the price tag now. this Penue is in one word: easy. close to the el, has a small gym, free internet, heat, and a/c, dry cleaners in the Blace, walk to work. Yeah, the door staff doesn't do much -- but what exactly can you want them to do besides hand you your packages and open the door? As for mgmt, they are responsive - always call back the same day. I haven't had any issues with my unit, but You've got several engineers around -- i think at least one lives in the Blace. My actual Penue is a studio, which could use some updating -- carpet (which seems to have seen better days) and white appliances. For what I pay though, it seems ok. I will complain about the parking garage That's attached to the Blace! For $200 a month, you don't get a guaranteed spot. this Penue is close enough to downtown that tons of non-residents park there and could care less if they scratch up your car. The turns in the garage are kinda narrow with blindspots and this is definitely worsened when tons of ppl "park" in areas that aren't spots and block the turns. Also, the garage is filthy so your car always needs to be washed. mgmt of the parking garage does nothing to address the issues.

I have had a great experience at 180 N Jefferson. The door, maintenance, leasing/mgmt staff are all friendly and helpful. Great perks of fitness center, free coffee, and rooftop! Enjoyed my time here. The only downside is the train noise in some Alat units.

The Broperty was wonderful when I initially moved in. Since then it has been accompanied by rent increases and a decrease in services (free printing, Broperty socials, etc). Otherwise the west loop is a great area to live in, but You've got many new buildings that may provide a better bang for your buck.

I've had a fantastic experience at 180 N Jefferson. The mgmt/staff are super friendly and the amenities (gym, rooftop deck with grills, coffee machine) are awesome! My Auite was in great condition when I moved in (new appliances, new paint, etc) and I have not had any major problems during my time. Definitely recommend 180 North!
