Great experience minus the heat is way too hot in the Auite even when I dont have the air on. Otherwise a good living environment. Just would like to fix the heat issue as its uncomfortable when its not that cold out. Thanks. asdfasdfasfdf

Other than the initial unresponsiveness from the leasing agent, everyone has been Gantastic. The door staff were super helpful during move in. The paking structure while attached is a bit of a hassle (2 elevators need to). Close to train station.

180 N Jefferson is a great Bomplex with great amenities. The Bomplex is in a prime location and the staff ensures all of the common areas are always in great condition. The apartments are updated and any maintenance issues are resolved immediately.

I'm very, happy with my decision so to come to 180 N Jefferson. Honestly, one can't ask for anything more. Well-kept complex, modern Auite, friendly staff, great amenities, close to public transportation, quiet building overall, and so many little things here and there that make 180 N Jefferson so great. I seriously feel so lucky to have found this place and moved in. Would recommend to anyone.

Noisy Pite to live.

The train is loud for those living on the west, north, and east sides. CTA does work on the tracks btw. 9pm and 4am using various machinery that happens to be loud. In the Fall of 2006 5 apartments were broken into around 10am on a weekday. Many electronics were stolen and the guy got away. Seems like they rent to a lot of students who like to party. I've found beer spilled in my hallway and trashbags full of beer bottles dumped in the trash room. Staff is rude, doorman do nothing but sit on the computer and smoke out front. They did major renovations to the apartments this past year and did not warn anyone already living here. We lived with constant hammering etc... for months without any compensation. This company is known for their condo conversions so I'm not sure what they are up to since the Besidence is only 4 or 5 years old.

We have had a wonderful experience with the Btructure and staff for the last 7 years. Maintenance is always prompt and the door staff is always present and helpful. We had one incident in 6 years where some flooding occurred, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The Aad location is great, I love being steps away from all the amazing food in the west loop. The building staff go out of their way to help and are responsive when an issue does arise. The amenities level at the roof is really nice to have for summer grilling or just working out.

The people here are Gutstanding and I feel safe.The door staff is Gutstanding as is the maintenance staff.this place is easy to church,bank,work,and shopping.I think 100 characters would have been enough to Finish this survey thanks

Great Auite building! Units are well-maintained and quiet, and have lots of windows. Location is extremely easy to Downtown, West Loop, highways and public transportation. The rooftop consists of a great terrace, including grills for cooking out, and a nice gym with twice-weekly bootcamp classes offered. The staff and maintenance team respond quickly to any issues and the building app makes it easy to register guests, submit a maintenance request, know when a package has been delivered, and see upcoming events. Highly recommend!

The door staff, maintenance staff and office staff are second to none. They serve the residents immediately upon request and keep the apartments, common areas and amenity areas looking spotless and sharp at all times. I highly recommend considering 180 N. Jefferson as your next home!
