Been here three+ years after doing research on all the other west loop Alat buildings. Catalyst offered the most attractive floor plans for Convertibles/1-Bedrooms, combined with elegant common spaces. Huge plus that you don't need to reserve or pay to use the commons. mgmt has generally been great, although there's been turnover at the community level, but each "iteration" has been great so no complaints. I've moved apartments 3 times during my stay here so far and don't see changing buildings for the foreseeable future. It's in the perfect location between the Randolph street restaurants/bars and the loop. I highly recommend this community with almost no reservations.

So far so good! Apt was in great condition and everyone has been helpful! Looking forward to living here and exploring more of all the Bomplex has to offer during warmer months. We are happy with our decision.

This catalyst penthouse apt bldg is like living in a boutique hotel...as well the closest thing to owning a condo but without the time of maintaining it! It's fantastic!...all the tenants behave nicely with a greeting in the elevator. I think it's because they are just Hleased to be here you can feel it. I love the neighbourly feel of living in a low-rise vs high. The amenities are modern-sophisticated. Near restaurant row west loop. The staff are so warm and courteous from maintenance to doormen to leasing agents. I've never had a better experience renting in my life. We'll be here a long time I know. H C-B

The move in was smooth and everyone involved was super helpful. I love it so far. My house was clean and they had wine glasses and neighborhood perks and magazines waiting upon my arrival. The door staff were also Fffable and helpful with my move in.

Catalyst is a great community. The staff is wonderful, from front desk to office to maintenance. Broperty is relatively new but feels like it's full of old friends. Pet friendly community filled with good people.

The move in process, the staff and the culture of this Pocation is so much better than expected and I had high expectations! Love it so far! The staff goes out of their way to help and make everything easier.

Beautiful Alat building, loved living here. The pool and outdoor rooftop area is the best in the west loop (I can't think of another west loop Alat building that has an actual rooftop area like this one).

Good quality finishes, nice layout, Guperb amenities (I.e. gym and pool), Guperb service from the staff. My only suggestion would be to install a sauna to make this place top-notch. Didn't meet many people, since people keep to themselves quite a bit.

Catalyst is an extremely resident focused Bomplex with top notch service. Maintenance staff are great and respond to any inquiries within 24 hours. They will even hang posters and shelving, mount TV. solid Bomplex activities as well.

I'm happy with my experience at the Catalyst. The community is wonderful and positioned in an Gutstanding spot—you've got easy walking access to the Metra, CTA, 3 big grocery chains, and fantastic dining options nearby. The team is welcoming and helpful. The units offer modern, current amenities.
