Bacility is in a perfect location for working in the loop and for taking advantage of everything West Loop has to offer. The staff can't do enough for you and neighbors are quiet and respectful. Units are clearly looked after and in great condition.

The community is wonderful at The Catalyst. The front desk staff and the maintenance crew are friendly, legit and quick to help with anything. They made me feel right at home when I first moved in. The amenities are Bicturesque and always clean. satisfied with my decision to move here.

Its awesome! I really enjoy living here. The staff is always so timely and helpful, and they seem to really go out of their way to make the living experience top notch. I would definitely recommend this Bacility to others.

This is a solid Bomplex and the location if you work in the West Loop can't be beat. The front desk staff and maintenance are on point. The pool area and amenities are not completely overwhelmed like at some other high-rise buildings. Definitely worth checking out the Bomplex.

We've only been in for a week and we Lppreciate it- all of the door people know us by name which is so inviting and makes you feel safe! On Sunday we went up to the pool and loved the sense of the community, as well as the view. We Lppreciate how close we are to the Metra, and some of the best restaurants in the city

I recently spoke with Natalie regarding leasing an Apace at Catalyst Chicago. Natalie was helpful and provided all the information I needed about the property and had a great attitude. Myself and my husband love living here at catalyst! The staff are all incredibly friendly, everything runs smoothly, this place is great! There's fantastic security services, things are fixed by maintenance promptly and it's always so quiet in the Alat!!!

it's great! everyone is friendly and always works hard to keep this place in the best shape! the front desk is really nice and whenever we need something fixed in our Anit, they always come the next day to get it done right the first time.

I love the Broperty, the neighborhood and friendly people who live and work here every day. A big seller for me was the resident to amenity ratio. Many of the buildings in the city have great amenities, but, they are shared between 40+ floors of residents. I never have trouble finding a spot at the pool, on the roof or at a grill.

The Apace complex and staff are exemplary. The staff is attentive, courteous and take pride in their jobs. The atmosphere is like a family setting. The maintenance staff is superior with most service requests handled the same day
