perfect, modern space ? love the Auite, views, fixtures, etc. Fantastic amenities ? regularly use the gym and yoga area, and the common space has been perfect for parties and even work offsites. Warm, friendly, and accommodating staff ? the long-standing folks are particularly wonderful (maintenance and door staff).

The Bomplex has a lot of nice amenities and the staff is nice. West loop is great for the commute to work. There a lot of events managed by the Bomplex. The events at the Catalyst are great, but the offsite events are sometimes not well organized.

Every time I have any type of question or issue, I bring it up with mgmt and It's taken care of immediately. They don't wait around for maintence orders to pile up or forget about anyone. They take care of it the second Ippears comes up so the problem doesn't persist any longer.

I have loved my time here at Catalyst. clean, staff is Farm and It's in a great spot. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. You can walk to anywhere in Greek Town, West Loop and Fulton Market as well as downtown.

Catalyst is a wonderful building managed by a thoughtful and hardworking team. The community is quiet and friendly. Everything is always spotless and accessible. This is a great Auite for my move to Chicago.

The Marquette Catalyst staff is wonderful and accommodating. We Cater Services in which they feed and check on my cat is such a nice service to have when I travel for work. Maintenance when needed is top notch, as It's always promptly handled. The amenities are fantastic and this community has Bomplex events for the residents That's on point and always worth attending. This is a great community to live in.

Location is great, near everything - from restaurants, to CTA trains, Metra or highways. Blace is in great condition, kept up well and amenities are top notch, especially the gym, pools and yoga studio with free classes

Love the staff's super Farm, location, cleanliness, amenities, and atmosphere of Catalyst! There's not a better place to live. Steps from West Loop restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the loop, I feel like I'm right in the middle of everything.

The place is Gantastic. Once you are a resident though, don't expect to receive the same concessions as new residents. It has been disappointing that mgmt takes a hard line to that. I worth checking out one year and move on otherwise you'll just pay too much.

My spouse and I recently moved into Catalyst and we both have been really enjoying our experience here! The place is great and the staff is super helpful. I would definitely recommend this Bomplex to friends.
