Great price but management and maintaince are sneaking and think this is Cuba. Maintence acts more like security taking pictures and reporting people they don't like to the office. The cameras dont work and the parking decal is pointless. Maintence DOES NOT know how to fix anything nor do they speak before entering your unit. It appears they dont like black people or morena people or people with nice cars. There is a homeless guy thats a part time resident sleeping outside and going through the trash. Prostitutes frequent the place. Pets are allowed. There are a bunch of cats and dogs. You hear the birds all the time. The washer and dryers do not work.

I lived a hell of a year in apartment E-124 in Sunset Grove. There are always roaches and flies and the toilet is constantly clogging due to an external plumbing problem that they have never bothered to fix. The apartment is extremely dark and the streetlights at night external lights give so much clarity that you cannot sleep.Do not rent that apartment

I moved to the apartment complex due to prime location and rent amount that was excellent for the area at the time. The location is great and the area is very affluent, you are a few miles from the metrorail station, it's situated behind a shopping center where all your needs are met. Most importantly it's very close to the palmetto expressway, florida turnpike, and snapper creek expressway. Maintenance was always very good. They have two maintenance guys, one who does his job and was phenomenal in his response times and attention to detail. The other maintenance guy was only there to snoop around and see what you were doing 24/7 like a peeping tom. He specialized in reporting everything on residents that he didn't like to the office. In other words, a do nothing. Management was attentive until the last few years. One of my vehicles was broken into and i told them about it. Their approach was menial, I advised them to install cameras to be able to detect crimes and they ignored it. I had my vehicles hit on separate occasions while they were both parked. I told them about it as well and they did nothing. They never installed the cameras so i never knew who committed those incidents. Management is at it's worst now and it is going nowhere fast. Miranda, the one who is in the office became very testy when I had an issue in the apartment. She got to the point where she would blame me for the issue every time i made a request. She became very uncooperative and unprofessional to the residents needs, particularly to the ones who have been living there for a long time, strange considering they were the ones that put the food on her table. She would also close her office doors on office hours so people can keep walking! After i moved out I got sent a bill that didn't even go directly to me a year later, it went straight to collections. I was never notified by the office about this bill. I checked with collections and they told me that the reason for the payment was due to being behind on rent when i never missed a rent payment in the 8 years i lived there! FYI, don't count on getting your deposit back when you move out. They also have a "patch it up" mindset when it comes to renovating apartments for new residents. Miranda along with the management are as crooked as a barrel of snakes and they are not to be trusted. This gem of a place is sinking like the titanic due to the ignorance and castro style corruption of the entire office staff and ownership. Do not contribute to these incompetent, sneaky individuals and their ways by not moving here, you have been warned.

I have lived in this property for 3 years. My car got broken into, NOONE was held responsible for it. Now, I was told they are not responsible if anything gets lost inside my apartment during maintenance. Quiet place, not safe.

Place is nice for the price, but if you work night shift and try to sleep during the day it absolutely horrible. I have endured 2 months of non stop building roof reconstruction from 8 am to 5 pm. Now they are remodeling apts and sawing and hammering all the f..ing time. Peope are loud as F slamming thier doors like savages all the time. The washing machine screetches loud as hell at all times of day and never gets fixed. The "garden" sourrounding the pool is just a cluster of green plants no flowers infested with snails, roaches, millipedes, and snakes. There has also been vehicles stolen here with absolutely no form of surveillance implaced. Staff is attentive, maintenance usually is also very responsive.

I have been living here now going on 4 months now and ever since the first day it has been such a pleasure. The staff is friendly and responsive (all needs attended to promptly), the neighbors are all very quiet and also very friendly (mostly older folk), and we definitely got the best for our money especially in Miami (850 sq.ft. for $900/mo, plaza with shops and Winn-Dixie within shopping distance, Dadeland 5 minutes away, FIU 10 minutes away). Pest control comes once a month and you can always find parking. I will be staying here for a long time. Thank goodness.

Staff were consistently responsive and helpful. Maintenance and refurbishing are on a scheduled basis, without waiting for decay or problems to appear.
