i’ve been here 5 months and have had my AC break down 3 times, i can’t use the oven because it will create an overheated apartment and when i use my air fryer it is the same. they say there’s is a leak but wont fix the problem . instead the keep refilling it to put a quick fix and have the client have the same issue again

This is not gonna be some rage filled review that is in all caps and 1 star everything. Overall this place is a great place to live. The current office staff are really cool and address things promptly, that have really cut down on noise recently. Maintenance staff normally show up same day and are also nice. The location is super convenient with anything you need about 5-10 minutes away. Now there are some problems like parking lots flooding or parking being sub optimal, but really complaining about an extra 4 minute walk you probably need is a first world problem. Trash can get messy because people(maybe the all caps writers) seem to miss the dumpsters, but you see staff every morning picking up after society's failures. People complain about the dog poo testing, how about you pick up after your dog with all the bag stations in the place and be a responsible adult. I wish there was a clicker/code access at the gate though... All in all this is a great place for a family to live - tons of grass, a nice pool and tennis court.

Over priced, loud, parking is horrible and isn't enforced, staff doesn't speak English or doesn't speak English well, parking lots flood, ridiculous charges like being forced to DNA test your dog or pay a $250 fine, nothing works right in or outside of the apartments.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?!! The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because 0 is not an option! Let me just make a little list for you: 1. My boyfriend's car was stolen. He emailed the management and they didn't even email him back! The offered absolutely NO help 2. We have called the maintenance guys to come fix our fridge which has been broken since day one and the only response we ever get is "I will talk to my supervisor." (The fridge is STILL not working). 3. They decided to redo the pavement so they blocked off HALF of the parking lot. They didn't tell us they were doing this until the same day so the parking is now a free-for-all for the next week. 4. My car was blocked in by 2 cars. Called the towing company to move them and they said I wasn't allowed to have it towed, I had to go through the office...It was 6 in the morning and the office was closed. I had to wait until those -------S moved their car 3 hours later to go into work. 5. It is extremely overpriced and there is nothing to show for it. All the money goes into painting the buildings. No money goes into security or anything related to maintenance. 6. Our mail key got stuck inside the keyhole. I requested a new one. Filled out a request 4 times (twice over the phone, once in person, and once online). Called THREE WEEKS LATER to check the status and they had no idea I even needed a key!! So they "filled out another request" and told me they would call me once the key was ready. They never called. I had to call them and pick up the key. 7. Office is open from 9-6 daily and yet no one can ever answer the phone. 8. We requested to exterminate the apartment for ants and roaches (which is supposed to be covered in the rent) and no one ever came. 9. "Trash valet" is a mandatory service. They require you to pay an additional $25/month to have someone come pick up your trash. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T LIVE HERE!! The worst experience of my entire life!

The place is nice but cars get stolen from here every other day and management refuses to install cameras or clickers for the gates. The pool is kept with chains at night, because outsiders used to come and use it at any time of the night and have sex in the pool, Jacuzzi had to be sealed of for the same reason. Basically the problem with this place is crime, you might as well move to the ------, at least over there you can expect to go through everything you go through here. Rent is not cheap either, rent in this place can go anywhere from $1300 to $2000, enough for management to be able to at least afford a security guard, still no security, just a lazy cop who supposedly monitors the property, but is never here.

Well basically they are raising the rent and taking away what it pays for. They installed water meters so thats a rent hike of about $50 a month. They no longer change the a/c filters. The dumpsters are always overflowing, looks like they dont pick it up often enough. The flooding is ridiculous, when it rains you need to wade through shin high water to get to your car. Last time to avoid the flood we parked on the side and almost got towed. When we complained last year they told us it was fixed. As soon as the rainy season started up again there came lake sunset.

I just moved in today. Ana was so sweet. OMG! My apartment is beautiful. I will post pics soon, when I get it all done, I see no flooding by my building. I am from Texas, what a difference from where I am from to this--wow I made a great choice and I did everything from there and these people made it happen for me and my kids. Thank you guys--- If anyone wants, email me through here and I will show you my apartment its so nice!

All I can say is WOW, I will be missing you guys!!! I was living in Sunset Gardens while my home was being built. This property is really nice ever since lincoln property moved in. The property in my opinion has received a facelift. Almost all my friends and family that visited me had complemented the property. The pool area is really relaxing. In the summer time, it s the place to be. They even have Wifi by the pool. The gym got all new machines. How great was that! I only had on issue with my dryer in the apartment. They came to fix it once and about a week or so later, it stopped working. I called the office again and they apologized for the inconvenience and told me that it will be fixed shortly. As soon as I got home from work, I noticed a nice newer dryer. That made my experience great with them. Again, this is a great property to live. I feel that my rent was very acceptable for my apartment. When I moved out, the staffs made me feel like a valuable tenant until the end. I really do have to give the staff at sunset gardens a big thanks. They managed the property very professional from the beginning.
