I lived here for 1year and cursed this place almost every day. I sometimes had to wait 1-1.5 hrs for parking. They only assign one parking space per unit so if you have a spouse which a car they have to try and find a visitor space. Well with 2 towers and so many units. That can be quite hard to do. GOod Luck!

THE FIRST DAY I MOVED IN THE DISHWASHER BROKE. IT SOAKED THE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE DINING ROOM AND WENT TO PARTS OF THE BEDROOM. THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR A BUILDING THAT IS SO OLD AND POORLY MAINTENENCED. THE ELEVATORS WERE ALWAYS OUT. IF THERE WAS ONE WORKING IT WAS ONLY ONE AND IT WAS BEING UTILIZED BY 22 FLOORS OF RESIDENTS. BUT THE WORST PART WAS WHEN I WAS MOVING OUT WAS THAT B**** THE PROPERTY MANAGER REFUSED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT. SO NOW WERE HEADING TO COURT. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. NO ONE WILL COME AND VISIT YOU. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE. GUEST`S HAVE TO PARK IN THE STREET WHICH BY THE WAY IS INFESTED WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE. SO YOUR PARKING AT YOUR CONVINIENCE.JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE DON`T RENT AT "THE TOWERS AT PARK WEST." THAT`S THEIR NEW NAME NOW. MANAGEMENT SUCKS !!!

Fire alarms go off for no reason, elevatores rarely work and the new management are complete fools and rude. There is only one parking spot per apt and street parking is at ypour own risk. Also, there´s a lot of low-income types here.

On the plus side, the apts are quiet and the maintinace people are quick and somewhat efficent. Good view if you can get a high floor looking the right direction.

And they just cahnging the name for the third time in as many years: Arena Towers, the Bayview Towers, now The Towers at Park West...should tell you something.

Grounds looked nice so I figured that I could deal with the bad neighborhood. This is the worst place I ever lived. Elevators rarely worked and had to walk stairs to 8th floor daily. No parking at all; Friends would not come visit because there was no where to park. People in the building were rude and unfriendly.
At all costs - do not live here; unless you like a prison atmosphere.
