This building is a disaster. They turn the water off in the building at least once a month for hours each and every time. They did NOT tell us about the TWO YEAR pool project when we moved in, or before we signed our second lease. Our balconies are LOCKED from the outside - off limits for 3-6 months! We had no balcony for 8 months! Which I had to call to even find out that timeline because they didn’t tell anyone!!! the jacuzzi has always been empty, and women’s spa jacuzzi has ALWAYS been empty, never even spoken about being fixed. The steam work doesn’t work properly anymore, sometimes it turns on, sometimes it doesn’t. Our 2bed 2 bath 4100$ a month unit doesn’t come with a second parking space, so I have to park down the street and pay an extra 140$ a month. Our unit also never came with a storage unit! The management doesn’t care. There is a building being built on one side, and now jackhammering at the pool and on the balconies every single weekday starting at 8-9 am! Even the gym( our only area of peace) is having f random construction so it’ll be impossible to go relax or meditate in the sauna! The noise at the pool from the construction it debilitating. It’s absolute torture living here and we NEVER would’ve signed our second lease agreement if we knew the duration and the extend of the NOISE. People living here are livid and were not Told of the construction. Also, our landlord lives in CHINA and that is a whole issue in itself! The building also failed to mention there is NO bulk pickup. They tried to fine us the other day for a cushion we threw out and told us we had to put the dirty thing in our car and drive it to a dumpster area??? But didn’t even tell us where to take it to? In our brand new car??? I don’t know it made no sense but that’s something that was NEVER told to us! I would never buy a property here knowing there is no bulk pickup for all this money we pay. And so much inconvenience. Also, NO BBQ GRILLS on property. Amazing! And they will send random people Into your house when you’re not home if they need to do something with Hotwire or construction related. They just send people in to move things around it’s absolutely wild. Spa always closed and broken. They turn off the water in entire building at least once a month for hours every day
