Over the course of my 2.5 years in the building alongside my wife and daughter, we had countless accusations that highlight how poorly the building's management team operates. My car was towed from the building's designated parking area, where I had been parking for over a year. The management team proceeded to try and explain how it was my fault. Ultimately, after many threats, the building issued a full refund, but it was a significant inconvenience in terms of time and energy. Furthermore, I was falsely sent a $150 fine for spilling coffee in an elevator. After a fairly extensive back-and-forth, it became clear that it was someone else. The building is in disarray, with people who have ZERO idea how to interact and communicate with residents in ways that are cordial and hospitable. The board is full of clowns that will ultimately eliminate any chance that this building will have a hopeful future, especially in a market where older buildings are flooding the market. I hope there are changes on the horizon. I couldn't be more happy to no longer to be a resident in this building.

Courvoisier Courts is no longer a rental building as before. It under went a condo conversion quite a while ago.
