Good, but they never have a budget or give excuses regarding replacement for broken equipment. They really need to be better at this. And I believe everyone deserves to get quick response because it’s so expensive to live there and the quality it is not as they promote.

It's been great getting to live in a more quiet complex community, and the staff isn't constantly emailing or reaching out about a bunch of things all the time. The neighbors are friendly, but it's easy to keep to myself when I would like to.

overall good, biggest complaints are that the motorcycles are permanently parked in spots that take up resident spots, is some of the plants dying in certain areas and loud neighbors very thin walls can hear everything

If you love animals barking and the smell of malnourished animals this is a great spot for you! Not having a number to call when you face issues is also nice trait this place has! A gate for security? Let’s just keep it open 24/7 so anyone can come in and roam the property. If you’re into those things above then yes maybe this place is for you

Do not live at Ludlam Point. I moved here two months ago, and it's already been one of my biggest regrets. The parking situation is awful - overcrowded, unsafe, and tied to one of the most aggressive towing companies imaginable. It feels like a setup designed to take money from residents. I had a rental car while mine was being repaired, and the assistant manager, Steven, told me he'd register it for two weeks so it wouldn't get towed. A week later, I got an email saying my car had been towed in the middle of the night because the pass had expired. Enterprise had to pay $640 to get it back. When I spoke with the manager, Edwin, he admitted I wasn't at fault and apologized, but later refused to reimburse the cost or take responsibility. This place is a complete scam. Save yourself the stress and money - avoid Ludlam Point Apartments at all costs.

It's good, reasonably priced for the area and management is responsive enough and very kind/professional. It's not going to be the nicest community but I think for the price you're paying, it's a very good

I lived here previously and when I moved back to Miami, I decided to live here again because the property is very nice and well maintained, it is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ludlam Point to anyone looking for a place to live.
