Great apt! Friendly people and it's a quiet family place. There are many young professionals in the buildings, which are easily met at the pool on weekends.

Sunwood Condos is a great place to live. Good for families with children and pets, singles and students. Quiet, peaceful safe environment. The problem is the association. My apartment had mold. My landlord was told work would take three days, well I had to move out. The workers came in, moved all my personal belongings, the entire 2 bedrooms upstairs, bedding, furniture, clothes and all was moved downstairs. I was unable to get my belongings, all out of reach, apartment with plastic lining in the entrance ways, dehumidifiers everywhere. I was a tenant living there and the association was taking their sweet time, getting price estimates to see who would complete the work. I moved out 2 mths later and landlord was left holding the bag. I don't believe the apartment is complete yet. The association is awful. Roof in the entire building needs replacing. Mold is a problem.

I have been living here for 2 and a half years and I absolutely love it here! Great place to live! Friendly and courteous neighbors. Plenty of parking. Great place for single people or families to live. I highly recommend it.
