Pros: Location, price, space. Cons: Scarce parking, not enough laundry space, old building with plenty of repairs needed. It was OK, I lived here for 3 years and the main selling point was low rent. The apartments are big, but while they are not falling apart, it is usual to need a repair, especially the AC during the summer. Manager is helpful and usually cordial. We only had a major problem and it was because the started some repairs withouth proper permits. The building only have a few washers and dryers and half of them are broken half the time. Besides the laundry is hot and cramped. If you rent a second floor apt. you'd be extra hot during summer. In the lower level it is kind of dark. In summary, if you need a cheap place to stay, is a good buy, but do not expect any luxuries or high end ammenities.
