This apartment complex is a great place to kick back and relax. The U-shaped court yard has a pool, brick barbecue, pic nic tables and lazy chairs for admiring the Bay. The court yard also offers a great sitting for all firework displays from Bay Side Mall.
Warning! This U-shaped relaxing courtyard is a flood trap during hurricane season. The Bay water along with all its wonderful sea life will overspill into the courtyard creating a home made sea aquarium with crashing waves.
Parking on the streets is free but at a hefty price. My car along with 3 of my guest had our CD players stolen all in a year time frame.
Maintenace is a bit on the slow side so make sure you thoroughly test and check everything before signing any papers.
Bedrooms are roomy, living room is BIG, average bathroom size, lots and lots of closets, ok size dining room and one small, small kitchen. Pretty good rental rate for waterside.
Neighbors are cool and breezy. No one ever complained over my music or get togethers.

Annoying compliant that was never taken care of: security. They have security cameras and gates however they do not work. Non-renters will enter and use the pool just about every other day.

I have been very happy living here. The kitchen is very small, but the living room is spacious, there´s a nice-sized dining room area, and the bedroom comfortably fits two twin beds. There´s also a lot more closet space than you´ll find in most apartments -- two large walk-in closets and a regular closet. However, what I like best about Bayfront Manor Apartments is on the outside. It is a unique art-deco style complex, with three sections arranged horse-shoe style facing Biscayne Bay with a great view of the city of Miami Beach. The sidwalk going around the courtyard is perfect for jogging, and right in the center of it there is a large raised pool. There´s also a security gate (unattended) which, while not a foolproof safety measure by any means, does make the courtyard area feel a lot safer. I should also mention that parking on the street is very limited, but for an extra monthly fee you can have access to a secure parking area. All in all, it´s one of the best affordable apartments near the water that I know of.
