I had a great time these past 2 the bay views from everywhere (my apartment, the gym, the lobby, and the proximity to wynwood.). I also liked the dog park just downstairs along with the bay wall for my morning walk. It's now time for me to move on but will keep a good memory of my time here!

Recent move to icon bay in Miami . I have been with no air conditioner due to the brand new units needs to be reset . The only help the management office provide was to file a e form with a claim , no other info , phone numbers or date of solution . Despite of have a suppose Maintenance team . The office not only is showing to be unfriendly and careless in find solution for the tenants .

The building is beautiful and the apartments are nice- the amenities are great- but it has so many problems that keep coming up it becomes very unpleasant to live here! - water gets shut down periodically - no hot water frequently - very low water pressure- washer sometimes doesn't work because of this - AC unit doesn't blow air evenly in all rooms - random vent pipes in cabinets that smell awful - poor management- limitations on sizes and weight of packages you can have delivered and if you are not home for a few days it's a problem for them to hold or take them up to your unit - elevator smells of garbage most of the time - service elevator constantly getting repaired - thin walls- you hear music from neighbors at normal volume -
