The fire alarm sounds in the apartment and all over the community every week and sometimes every few days, and it's INCREDIBLY loud and obnoxious. Too many residents have no social consideration, look like criminals, and they're incredibly dirty. The community and the area keep getting worse with worse people.

I feel very happyand confortable living here the atention and service have been excellent and my hole experience in this condominium has a been real pleasure . I 'm very grateful to the management team their kindness and way they treat residents their profesionalist and friendliness make me feel good and motivate me to keep contributing to ours community . El apartamento es muy bonito , pero es s?per inseguro la renta aumenta cada que renuevas el contrato , me chocaron el auto de mi esposa en el parqueo nadie respondi? por eso , tampoco tienes opci?n de romper el l?ase , por qu? cuando llamabas a la oficina nadie te atend?a , a mi vecino le robaron la moto que parqueaba justo a lado de nosotros, si buscas tranquilidad definitivamente este edificio no es para ti

So far so good!! great communication with the leasing agents when issues arise. areas are clean, pool is always nice, gym as well always cleaned and great people. only concern would be people who don't live in the apartment like to tailgate to enter the garage when i come from work late at night.

Pretty good, is a nice place to live, it's calm and clean, the only thing is the roaches from the garbage and that the pool sometimes is closed, but apart from that is really good living here , the manager she's a sweetheart, I really love living here

Never have any issues, maintenance is always sharp, efficient and fast, customer service by the office staff is great, nice and friendly. Everything is always clean, nice marina too, the pool is always nice and clean, good security guards

Realmente amo el lugar, es super bonito y limpio. El staff super amable y resuelven siempre. Los de mantenimiento responden r?pido a los "work orders" tienen 20/10. El gym es perfecto, y la piscina bellisima. El ?nico problema es el estacionamiento, si son un matrimonio en un apt no hay estacionamiento para dos porque todo esta lleno por la gente que comparte apartamentos (se dividen la renta) y ocupan mas de 2 puestos. Que pienso que puede haber un control de eso Para que las familias puedan sentirse que tienen un lugar seguro. Pero de todo lo dem?s es un excelente opci?n. La nueva administraci?n est? siendo muy diligente. Los felicito por eso.

The community and apartment complex have improved significantly under the new management, which I really appreciate. However, I would like to see increased security at the pool, as it often seems like many non-residents are using it, especially on weekends and holidays. Strengthening access control would help ensure the space remains safe and enjoyable for residents.

Music is played too loud every weekend. People constantly allow their doors to slam shut. People that use the gym leave equipment laying everywhere. Security guards should have some ability to speak English.
