Several cars and a motorcycle were stolen in the community. No one in the management company could assist and they have no access to footage. Security has become a joke in the building. The rent is overpriced and they moved the security gate down. Ever since Caitlin left, it has caused a negative experience living in this building.

I lived at Modera for a year and honestly very happy with the Location, the staff, and community. The location was very important for me. The beach, Brickell, Airport all within a 10 min drive. The community was very quiet late nights and early mornings going to work. The amenities were always clean. Never had an issue retrieving my packages. Felt safe with the grage parking at all times at night. And the elevators has gotten better since I moved in and seems to be working just fine now. Maintenance was very quick on responding to any concerns I had. Making maintenance appts was easy on the app and didn’t need to be home. The leasing staff, Maria & Ashley and all of the maintenance team Mr Ruben are all attentive and friendly. My experience was great at Modera.

It is impossible to overstate the magnitude of the ineptitude of -------------. This apartment complex looks good online, but in person the true colors come through. The organization as a whole is utterly and incredibly incapable of properly managing the property. The staff are remarkably non-helpful. They do not respond to emails, and are all but impossible to reach via telephone. The main office is typically vacant or closed and locked. The premises are frequented by the DEA and Miami Police. I would discourage any prospective renter from considering ------------- in any way, shape or form.

The community is friendly, but there is a major issue with the current property manager. She is rude and uncaring towards residents and their concerns. As well the elevators constantly break and cause major hassles. There were also recently car break-ins in the gated garage and the only thing that was done to fix this was a single sign that says the garage is under video surveillance when there are no cameras present except in elevator bays and the single camera by the gate. I would not recommend moving here and I would be moving out if COVID wasnt making that extremely difficult.

Elevators break down constantly. Noise complaints never seem to come to fruition. Parking for guests is scarce and there have been several car break ins. People who dont live here sneak in to use the pool. Weed smoke everywhere.

It actually really good the staff is friendly the mantinance team is actually very attentive, friendly prompt, and professional the grounds are clean and well kept just minor issues like you have to wait for repairs to be done since it seem they don't have a back up parts in storage in the inventory so they have to order it

Happy with the experience at modera skylar. And the amenities it provides for the residents. Including as well the maintenance operating system they work with and lets no forget the amazing staff that provides all this services and assistance for residents

Centralized area so its close to everything so that is nice. Apartments are decent as well, things break pretty often but maintenance is very good. My main concern with the building is the elevators. There are 3 elevators in the building and at least 1 is always broken. People have gotten stuck multiple times.

so far fantastic, the only issue are the elevators that keep breaking down but im sure management will get them fixed in no time maintenance crew is excellent as well! they come fast to aid in our problems! happy to call modera skylar my home!

Modera is nice community overall, however its management gets to be so rude many times that makes desire not to live here or ask them a simple question since their always defensive . Elevators hardly work efficiently, maintenance crew is really helpful and hard workers.
