1st the landlord has no respect, has no consideration and does not want to fix anything... he blames everything on wear and tear but does not do anything about it. Raises the rent without proper time and if you have an emergency in the weekend there is no one to be found.The only time you see the owner is on the 1st of the month when you have to pay rent other than that you have a better chance of meeting God. All of his workers are past their prime, everything is being handled and fixed with duct tape and bandage. Some of the neighbors take advantage when he's not around... piss in the elevator, garbage everywhere, cigarette butts all over the parking lot. We have security cameras that do nothing an a electric gate that doesn't functions it practically brakes everyday.

in my apartment there is always a problem. whether its pluming or the air conditioning or roaches and spiders hidden in every corner. water is constantly entering my room and there's always something wrong with the bathroom. every month there is something this month poop is coming out through the shower. i have 2 babies in my house that is not same for them to be smelling feces on a monthly base. last month the air condition did not work so the house was super hot! and the the month before the water heater did not work. most of these problems appear during the weekend when the workers are not around. also since this apartments are next to a club every weekend there are loud annoying people who have no courtesy for people who are sleeping and there are car accident just about every weekend. the neighbor are nice and so is the landlord.
