First was the company Miami Mar attending maintenance they were robbers and they were selling shifts for apartments on the black market It was horrible, and now this worse, the new manager his name Raquel Cabrera doing inspections within the properties constantly she speaks and shouts in a dictatorial manner by megaphone emergency building otherwise they never clean the interior stairs are a zoo, broken steps and do not give them maintenance, It is a detestable person many problems with neighbors and many calls to the police, this person supports the candidacy of Raquel Regalado for political favors and Raquel Cabrera benefit in that building inspections pass without problems, Raquel Regalado is daughter of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado.
