I lived at this apartment complex for two years, at first it was preety good because it was managed by Licoln. However, things only went downhill after. The office staff changed every other week!, maintainace was awful, they took 2 1/2 weks to fix my broken window claiming that wasn't an emergency!.The gate was always broken for weeks and weeks at a time. And be aware these people will take you deposit and they never ever return calls! DO NOT LIVE HERE

When I first moved here and the management was Licoln properties things were great but when the management changed multiple times everything went down hill. I live in the townhouse which is very cute and this is the main reason that I stay. The gate is always broken and the staff are not always helpful or accessible. It´s a great area because everything is very close.

The office staff turned over three times in the 1 year that I lived there. Maintenance was terrible. They have an arrangement with a cable company that you MUST use and they are equally as terrible. Avoid living here at all costs!! Definitely not worth the money they think they deserve.

This was absolutely the worst place to live. I lived there for 2 years and while lincoln was the management they were great but new management came and they were disaterous!. They never return phone calls,(thats asking too much) took 6 months to clean my carpet, which was in my lease.Maintaince took forever to get anything done and there were these small black bugs taking up everyone´s apartment, up until my departure they were still there! . Not to mention the office staff is nery unprofessional and bairly speaks english!

The weakest link is the customer service and record keeping. Do mistakes on records that generates conflictive dynamics. Customer Service is average in their best moments. When address situations are plainly rude and in occassions have not gather the facts correctly or completely. <br>I stay here because is very close to my job and I am trading the nightmares of the traffic for the pains of customer service.
