“I've been living here for three (3) years and I love it. Neighbors are very friendly. Management rules are a bit strick.”

The apartment itself is good. Location is good. Staff is not the most professional. We hate having to talk to the staff when ever we have an issue. The latest is how my car windshield broke and I had to replace it and replace the sticker to open the gate. They said the sticker would be free to replace and now they are charging for it. Very inconsistent and always looking for ways to get money. Gates to the condominium are also always broken and gates are open most of the time. Anyone can come in.

LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Noise: We live on the end with a huge space between us and the closest neighbors to our right. We can hear when they open their sliding glass door, and when they use the bathroom. Grounds: The clubhouses look like they are from 1975, the entrance and exit gates break all the time; it took me almost a full month before I could have guests enter without me having to go downstairs personally to have the gate opened. Safety: My apartment was broken into at least 3 times that we know for sure, my neighbors had packages stolen from their front door steps, and multiple cars have been broken into. Neighborhood: It is almost impossible to enter or exit the complex during traffic time, morning or afternoon. Maintenance: The only good thing. My roof had a leak, and the repairman showed up on the same day to fix it. Staff: Where do I start with this one? They are terrible people, specifically Domingo who is widely known as "falta de respeto" by all the older people. Not only are they awful, dishonest, and disrespectful people, but they are extremely inefficient. They treat the good people terribly, and they let the thieves and bad people do whatever they want. The place isn't even nice enough for them to act the way they do. As I previously mentioned, it took them almost a month to fix my entry gate code because they didn't realize that they made a mistake with my phone number.

The place was gated; that is the only good comment I can leave. The year I stayed there I had people drilling at 8am management that did not have any people skills and a senile security guard. I will never rent there again.
