Awesome place to live with children. Very cozy and welcoming. Nice gated community. Staff are always helpful and have excellent social skills. Place us always very clean and trash pickup is smooth. Common areas are top notch, specially the 24 hour gym

I’ve only lived in the community for a few months but everyone is very friendly. I like all the activities they put together for the residents and it feels like home. I know if I ever have a problem I can contact someone and it will be resolved immediately.

My experience hass been great I dont have much camplaints the only thing I would say is that my floor had a gash before I moved in and it was reported, but that has not been changed. Aside from that Everything else has been great. The community is clean and well maintain, the noise is at a good level and I feel safe in it since it is one of my main concerns.

I’ve been living at Cortland Kings Meadow for well over two years now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The staff is always professional, friendly, and ready to help with anything I need. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and efficient, making sure everything is in top shape. The overall community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live—you won’t be disappointed!

I have been satisfied since i applied for Cortland Kings Meadow,first of all with the leasing office personnel specifically with Maria Suazo she is very professional and help at any moment that i needed like the other.I have been living here for short time jist from October and i like the place,because is clean,quiet the only small problem is with the parking space but up to now i found it.I general i am happy to live here.

The Happy Halloween event at Cortland was a fantastic experience for everyone who loves fun and community. Beyond the costumes and games, it provided a wonderful opportunity for kids and neighbors to connect and enjoy each other’s company. The DJ was fantastic, and Maria, as always, went above and beyond—even with the rain—ensuring everyone had drinks and treats for the little ones. Thank you All!
