I like the way that it is quiet where my apartment is. Everyone is respectful about their neighbors. I love that I have two balconies in my apartment. Plus, having the washer and dryer in the apartment is a plus.

So far so good. I like living here, best price I could find, the community is nice, it has its pros and cons but overall is pretty good. I live here with my 3 year old son, I like that they have a playground here i can take him. They are also pet friendly!

Terrible experience with the management. They have no respect for tenants, will tack on hidden fees, the grounds are dilapidated, and most of the amenities are broken down. There is also a major roach problem

Everything was going very well, until the appliances began to be damaged, the experience is bad, they do not attend on time, they do not replace the appliances. The office staff is hateful, they don't attend to your complaints.

Very clean and well maintained apartments and the staff is very supportive and informative throughout the entire process. It's in a great safe and quiet location and the best rental prices I could find!

Solo llevamos un d?a viviendo y hasta el momento todo has sido muy satisfactorio no creo que pueda decir mucho m?s ya que llevamos muy poco en esta comunidad espero con el paso del tiempo sentirnos feliz de haber elegido este condominio

The community is quiet. The maintenance staff is very good, very friendly. I believe there are still some things that could be improved regarding the condition of the community. The condominium, the security I think those aspects could be improved a lot more. But overall, the community is quite peaceful and comfortable

I lived here back in 2017-2019 and moved back in 2023, so far my experience in this community has been a very pleasant one. Quiet community, great maintenance, great location, no complaints at all, definitely recommend.
