This is a very popular and friendly rental building in Midtown Miami with very friendly people greeting you as you enter such as Valeria who always has a smile and ready to help you. She has often helped me as a resident with small issues like locating a package. I have lived here since the building opened and have no interest to look elsewhere. I should also mention the management office and support staff for quickly attending and resolving issues.

Living here has been a pleasant experience from the location, to the staff, to the amenities. I love how friendly the staff is here especially the front desk when they greet you coming home. I love the leasing staff as well because they are quick to help you whenever you need anything. Keith is always there to help you and does so in an attentive and friendly manner. The gym being 24/7 is really convenient for me because my work schedule is not fixed.

Was very impressed by this community, very well kept and clean, the staff was very friendly . Justin gave me a tour around the community, was very knowledgeable and helpful.I was truly impressed by this place. Thinking about my future here , really liked this .

Ten stars if I could! The office staff is very pleasant and helpful, location is great walkable. Shops and restaurants nearby. The maintenance team takes care of all service requests in a timely manner.

I love it here! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient ever since Greystar took over.. janitorial keeps everything super clean and all is well maintained. I’m going to miss living here!

Midtown 5 has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in an apartment community! The team is attentive, responsive and genuinely cares about the residents. From the leasing process to everyday support, they make everything seamless and stress-free. They always greet you with a smile and are quick to resolve any concerns. It truly feels like home because of their dedication and hospitality. Highly recommend!

Moved from another Midtown building, but the location of this apartment building is unmatched. The apartment itself is so spacious and has a lot of natural light! The leasing staff is extremely friendly and helpful too!

i lived at midtown five since 2019 and finally had to say enough is enough with the greystar management that took over ! the building went down hill after they took over ! The quality of people , the noise of neighbors , and the "improvements" they say the make but you don't see any of them . they said they were going to spend so e where to $60k to redo the pool deck and the o my thing you see is new chairs . they should put that money into the gym instead of changing the titles to ugly colors in each elevator. the neighbors have parties all night , you hear zoom walls through the walls and and then you hear your upstairs neighbors having seX through the ceiling. then when you call management they make you feel like you are the problem for complain and just say it is "normal apartment noise." I literally heard my neighbor sawing through the wall and building things at one point. so then they raise the rents to insane amounts and expect their tenants to pay $1000 more a month. i have lived there for three plus years . those apartments are not worth $1000 extra a month. like come on ! then I finally move out and they take painting and drywall damages from my security deposit when I patched every hole I put in my wall to hang things. at this point stay away from this place ! they just care about making money !!! i would give them 0 stars if I could
