I have been living at this community for several years. I do not like to provide negative feedback but I am not happy and I am stuck because of a lease. The good news I am getting ready to move out once my lease expires. Good things about the community is If you need repairs, it will be attended too. I do have to give the credit. The landscape is always taken care of. The vendor loves to come early and wake up the neighborhood with the noise of the machines. The city picking up the garbage for sure will wake you up very early in the morning. The community is pet friendly but some tenants do not pick after their dogs and leave the poop in sidewalks. The pets pee in the stairwells and hallways. Tenants leave garbage in the front of their doors for days. The worst part is when you see rugs hanging on the railings. The washer and dryers do not work properly, your clothing is teared by the machines, discoloring and not washing or drying the clothing properly. The walls are were not done correctly, if you share a wall, get ready for the noises from the neighbor right in your home. I have brought my concerns to management and it gets better just for a little while.

I have lived at Nob Hill for almost 2 years now and am regretfully moving this month. I love the location, the staff and the amenities. Unfortunately my new job is just too far to continue the commute. I have seen some of the other reviews and it is very sad that people post things that are so untrue. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The property is beautifully maintained and the resident activities are so much fun. It feels like a NEIGHBORHOOD - not just another complex. I will be very sad to go!

This is the worst place you could ever live in. The walls are like paper you could hear anything. You have to call maintanence at least 5 times so they can actually come. Everything is rusted and old when you get the apartment and they won't change it unless you pay. Everything breaks and they expect you to pay when it wasn't your fault. And open up a window cause you're going to experience the worst heat stroke cause they "fix" the air conditioning and NEVER replace them and they don't even know how to fix them. Cats are everywhere!! And I'll ones too that can get your dog sick. Don't even think about coming to the place. Oh and yearly your rent goes up 100$ For no reason and it keeps going up for the ------ apartments they are. They are not good people. They have a smile on their face but they won't do anything and don't care. There's mold on my ceiling and they said oh it's okay that happens when you live on the bottom.

Horrible office management. Rude, agrumentative, unhelpful, never answers the phone. Apartments are very loud, hallways are loud. All but one of the maintenance men do not speak English. When there is black mold in the laundry faculties, the maintenance men paint over it instead of fixing the problem correctly. I have seen the maintenance men dumping chemicals in the grass, "cleaning" the floors and walls with black water. My apartment had dirt and hair painted into the walls because they did not clean before they painted. Our feet were black from dirt when we moved in, it was so bad it permanently stained the bottom of my slippers. When told of these issues we did not receive our $150 "cleaning fee" before we moved in back. Management never even apologized. It costs $3.75 for one load of laundry....I mean I could go on and on.

I cannot wait for my lease to be up!! I feel like I'm in the projects! Outdated buildings, overrun with cats (smell of cat urine is overwhelming in some areas), washer/dryers are ancient, hallways dark and dingy, etc. My grandmother came to visit and we could barely navigate her wheelchair, especially in the bathroom. Not sure they are up to date with Americans with Disabilities Act laws. Kitchen is incredibly outdated. Just horrible. Not what I ever imagined living in. Total opposite of where I was raised. Only positive is maintenance. If there is a plumbing or AC issue, they are here ASAP. Complex in general needs a MAJOR renovation.

Where do I even begin??!! These apartments need some serious renovations. They should be reported to the health department. I lived in building K and as soon as I moved in one the first day, was SWARMED with cockroaches. The whole building is invested with cockroaches. Even with multiple exterminations they still come back. Had I known this was an issue I would have NEVER moved there. The dishwasher was full of mold and mildew. Rusty appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. I never fully unpacked or cooked because I knew I had to move and was very uncomfortable. Oh, not to mention ongoing noise 24/7 from noisy neighbors who like to let elephants into their apartments during random times at night. Making it hard to relax, sleep after a long day at work. I had a person attempt to break into the apartment within the first few months of living there as well. There was never any parking if you had visitors. Did I mention the cockroaches???? Unless you want to end up with Toxoplasmosis from cockroaches and stray cats that also swim, drink, eat and live in the pool area, I would avoid this apartments like the plaque! They just need to tear down the whole apartments and start over, these apartments are just a unsanitary place to live. For how much it cost in rent to live there is not even worth it. Find another place to live besides Nob Hill...like seriously...you will thank me later...

I dont know why so many negative reviews! I just moved to a renovated apartment with my fianc and we LOVE our new home! It is beautiful! The grounds are kept very nice, very clean, the air that you breath is fantastic, peaceful! The only bad thing is parking but nothing to worry about! The apartments are great size, everything is new and renovated, everybody is so friendly, everybody says hello, im very pleased with my home!

Staff and office are unprofessional and rude. If you need something fixed, pull up a chair because you'll be waiting, unless its something that absolutely needs fixing they will come. When they come to fumigate, they don't actually fumigate, they're just there to inspect the apartment and then they post memos on your door regarding something you need to change thats not to their liking. They are CONSTANTLY writing memos and posting it on your door. Oh and when you decide not to live there anymore, on your last month they send you another memo and i quote "Dear Tennant, your apartment has been rented and you must vacate and turn in your keys by X date"..Really? Shouldn't you just say hey this is a reminder that you must turn in your keys by X date? Rude. Oh and last, if you're a baptist employee, forget it, because they will stop at nothing just so you won't get your monthly discounts.

The good: Walls are thick and closets are large...apartments are spacious The bad: building is old...parking is horrible. One way in and out which can get backed up with kendall traffic. Staff is rude (Lilly). And neighbors are rude too. Constantly taking my laundry out and using my laundry time I had left...even had my clothes stolen from the laundry room several times.. Security is a joke... Several car break ins and there was even a home invasion where I family was held at bay for several hrs. Local cops and FBI got involved and never found the perps...lived there for 1yr and will never live there again
