It's taken them 6 months to finally get around to finally fixing the elevator, despite the fact that elderly people live in this building and have been seen hobbling up too many flights of stairs, clinging to the railings for their dear life.<br><br>The roof leaked during Hurricane Wilma, causing a lady's roof to collapse.<br><br>Neighbors are moderately noisy and loud music can often be heard.<br><br>Traffic in the area is very bad.<br><br>Also, they have a habit of cutting trees down at 6am during the weekend.<br><br>

After this peolpe sold these apartments, the maintenance has been zero. I going to move out next march because the lack of everything(parking lot, security, mantenance, etc)

I rented there for about a year before they converted the building into condos, but I thought the building was great and the location was great. Clean buildings and the 1 bedrooms are very spacious. Parking is good and well lit. I recommedn renting there if you could find a unit that is being rented out.

The position in Kendall is very good. <br>Maintenance is very slow. Nobody showed up after repeated maintenance calls in some occasions. Buildings are very old. Window lock does not work properly. Parking lots flood during rain. Office staffs are not very helpful in resolving issues. All the units are being converted to condominiums.

This is a good place to rent an apartment. Professional management that is responsive and polite. Maintenance staff responds quickly and with competence to any problem. Grounds are clean and well kept. Location is prone to flooding during heavy rains.
