Management is never there, the secretaries in the office acts like it’s not their problem and they don’t care, not their job. They just pass the message along. Haven’t had hot water in my bathroom for a year and a half and they have a come supposedly to look at it two or three times over that timeframe and we’re going to fix it and never have. Have to call every single time to try and have them come back out and look at it. If the maintenance guy does come to fix anything else in the apartment, he ------ rigged it it doesn’t actually fix the problem. I have had to fix my own ---- in the apartment on several occasions. I had a garbage disposal when I moved into my unit, when it broke they just put in a pipe and said that I didn’t need a garbage disposal. Unless you are a maintenance person and intend on fixing all of your own stuff, do not move in here.

Worst appartment I have ever rented in my entire life. Lady at the office is named Patricia she hates young kids and the entire complex is a giant retirement home. Lady should switch rental sign for retire here. She also harrasses a loy. She had my new car towed the day I got it after I made her aware I was buying a new car and I had to pay to get it back. Horrible place. I lived in 310 from 2014 to 2015 by the entrance on the right hand side by the stairs where I got complaints for cigarette buds that the upstairs neighbors would throw down. P.s i dont smoke I vape 0 nico in a vapershark dna. Patricia Harrasses everyone, all the neighbors where trying to sign a petition to have her removed from the leasing office. Be wanred of slimy eviction lies and pratices here before you rent. Feel free to ask other tenants in the front building about me. "KID" with silver Subaru.

Wellington Manor is the worse rental community in Miami. Since the beginning my husband and I have had several BIG problems. Our unit was supposed to be ready on the first of the month, and was not - so we had to move somewhere else before we could move in. We have not had hot water in three weeks. No AC for a week. Clogged toilets and sinks. They do not respond to phone calls or important maintenance matters. Simple things like the outside lights or AC filters... we still do not have. In addition, you cannot reach the property manager unless you call their other complex.... Sherwood West - I probably would not recommend anyone move there either. Also, all three of our sinks have been leaking on and off for the three we have lived here. Overall this has been the most horrific experience we have had with an apartment. Maintenance is horrible and non responsive. We are moving out as soon as possible!!!!!!!!

We have lived at that place for many years and I am very happy it is over. First years were not so bad but everything changed with new manager. She is old, lonely , angry woman who scream at people who lives there! She is very rude and has no respect for renters. She changes rules like she is the boss and you cannot do anything. So, think very carefully before go and see that place. Laundry rooms are old and dirty always!!! Wish you luck!
