I was helping my daughter move and found this. Mold in the bedroom, especially the closet. We knew there was mold because it made the entire apartment smell. This went on for years. She actually brought it to management’s attention before and nothing was done to fix it.

If I could put negative stars I would. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Please if your reading this do not even waste your money! Where do I begin? This place is infested with mold and they don't care! They will do and say anything to get your money. Once they have your money they don't care. Upon moving in it looks like they put paint over everything to cover up. Even in the bathtub. They claim they clean the carpet but when I vacuumed it for the first time it was full of dog hair. I had to rent my own carpet machine to clean it, the water was filthy. First I complained of the smell in the closet and in the kitchen sink. Multiple times the leasing agent came out and said she didn't smell anything and that nothing else could be done. The mold began in the bedroom closet and I brought it to their attention as soon as i saw it. They claimed they came out and took a look and said that they didn't see any mold. All they told me to do was to go and purchase a dehumidifier bag to put in the closet. (With my own money)It started on one of my bags and they offered to clean my bag and do nothing else. then I noticed mold spots on my brand new white couch. I told him that mold was growing from somewhere within the unit and the owners told me that it wasn't mold and it could be anything. Then I discovered there was mold in the AC unit growing on the walls and that there was A leak. A maintenance man came out and claimed to have fixed the AC unit but yet still mold grew and the AC leaked. To make a long story short, there was mold growing on the walls of the bedroom closet, the AC unit, and the outdoor storage unit in the apartment reeked of mold. They didn't nothing about it and I would have to repeatedly call the leasing office because they did not follow up. I was so concerned for my health that I had to tell them I wanted to break my lease because nothing else would be done. Aside from that the kitchen sink had pipes that were open in the wall that had a disgusting smell that would make the whole kitchen stink. The pantry had a nasty smell as well and behind the stove and refrigerator was dog hair dead bugs and old stains that were never cleaned from the previous owner. Not to mention after I moved out I called about mail 10 days later and they claimed that it was rented out and somebody was already living there. None of these concerns were fixed and now they have another tenant living there! They don't care about your health they just want your money! They told me I have to keep calling the leasing office to find out if my package ever came (THEY WOULDN'T EVEN FOLLOW UP WITH ME) please do not waste your money or time renting here at Waterford Landing because you will lose your money and have damage property! PROOF IS IN THE PICTURES. And you can see where they tried to cover up the mold with paint. Picture available on yelp

I absolutely love this place. My fiance has lived there for the last 2 yrs and everything has gone amazing. They take care of the property so well. There is probably someone doing the landscaping every other day in some part of the building. It is very clean, they have a cleaning lady that goes around making sure the property is cleaned. The other day I saw her sanitizing the hand rails. I thought that was amazing. The location is also very safe and well lite, there is always someone walking around the complex getting excersize. If something is broken, we call for service and they come within 24 hours. Vilma is so friendly and knowledgeable, she treats us like family. Due to this amazing service we have decided to get a bigger apartment when we get married. We move in April 2021. I can't wait!!
