I moved in and left as soon as I could. I was initially impressed by the amenities, but I now have some feedback, and had I known this, I would not have moved here. It is a beautiful place, but not that beautiful once you really see what is beyond the tour. Yes it is conveniently located to the turnpike, shopping, etc...but the price is to high...monetarily and mentally. Some of the units are upgraded and some are not. Do not believe the website. 1. The pool is never clean. I have seen a cleaner, but residents do not exit the pool to allow for a thorough cleaning. There is always debri in the pool either from the surrounding trees or landscaping blowing it into the pool. I've seen broken bottles, trash, dead bugs, hair, leaves and everything but cleanliness. 2. The hot tub rarely works and is often dirty. 3. There is ALWAYS noise. Leaf blowing, cat fights, other landscaping, neighbors. 4. Staff can be rude, disorganized and unprofessional. 5. Amenities: Is it really an amenity if you have to ask permission every time you use it OR you are met with passive aggressive agitation when you use it? The gym is not 24hrs as advertised, the pool gate is often broken, so people are hanging out late night, it's not really gated and despite numerous pet waste receptacles, some people walk their pets off leash and/or don't pick up after their pet 6. Trash disposal: the large dumpster is always overflowing and there is nowhere to dispose of broken down boxes.

The lady who helped me did an amazing job, she was courteous, professional, and patient. The reason I did not rent there was because it was overpriced when compared to similar apartments in a similar area

Love living at the Stratford! I moved states and found an amazing place to call home at The Stratford. Great community, great amenities and outstanding staff. I love the attention to detail in everything (apartments, common areas, service)

The entire staff is amazing, always providing excellent service. The premises are consistently clean and well-maintained. I always feel safe, and there have been no security issues on the property. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Very quiet clean community. Great swimming pool and area with barbecue (relaxing). Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and always available to assist. Would like to see landscaping updated in the back where my building is, lots of plants dead and not very attractive. But overall, very happy I chose the Stratford community to live in.

Imposible no recomendar vivir en Stratford, es una comunidad maravillosa, muy tranquila, con muy buenos servicios y atención, definitivamente estoy encantada, de ser parte de esta comunidad, 100% recomendada.
