Dirty. Expensive. Multitude of broken items at all times. Lacks security. Residents with dogs are straight up pigs. Don't waste your money and don't believe the lies they sell during the showings. Nothing is what it seems in this place. The manager is a royal -----.

AMLI dadeland has everything that I am looking for, we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and a fur baby. I have no worry for my 2 kids to walk our dog downstair by themselves. The apartment complex is quiet, I have no complain for working at home. There are plenty of amenities offered here in AMLI, the beautiful salt pool, the amazing gym, game room for my 2 kids to hang out and don't forget the quiet lounge for a cuppa and read a book. I like to give kudos to the AMLI dadeland management team, they are very friendly, and especially Andres Bonilla! Andres did a great job in handling us from the initial appointment, viewing, application and orientation. He is very responsive to our email and calls, he even followed up with us and checked on us after moving in.

PEST INFESTATION AT AMLI DADELAND - THINK TWICE ABOUT MOVING THERE My husband and I moved into AMLI DADELAND last Fall. In the last 7-8 months we have complained vigorously about the constant gnats, drain and sewer bugs infesting our unit. The lack of concern and empathy has been a major disappointment. The leasing office has NOT taken our constant complaints seriously citing our unit was the only unit with a bug issue. Then, at the end of last month, the manager stated that the leasing office as well as other units were starting to have these same issues with the bugs. We have put in many work orders for the exterminator when he comes to the building on Wednesdays, but on many occasions the exterminator never showed up. When the exterminator does come to our unit he pours some form of poisonous liquid into the toilet, garbage disposal and bathtub to NO avail as nothing works. We keep the drain stoppers in place with water in the sink in hopes of keeping the bug population down, which does not work. We’ve also purchased three plug in electric blue light traps which has been successful in killing large numbers of bugs; however, the bugs still appear constantly. And, we’ve replaced the plug-ins weekly as they’re full of bugs (I attached a couple to give you an idea of what it’s been like for all these months). Please note, that we’ve only had the traps placed for a couple of weeks, so one can only imagine how many bugs have infested our unit. After letters, calls and many visits to the leasing office we were finally let out of our lease. Also of note is our rent was scheduled to be raised by $720/month when our lease was up.

Management has not taken Covid-19 precautions seriously. People routinely (every day) walk in hallways and work out in fitness center without masks. When management asked to just simply place more signs on walls reminding people to wear masks, their response was “it wouldn’t be aesthetic.” I suppose more dead bodies during a pandemic surge would be more aesthetic?

AC constantly breaks, 14 times in less than one year. If you request the manager to call you, dont hold your breath. I've had to get my lawyer involved. Location is ideal, but the issues are not worth it, specially with the amount of luxury buildings in the area for the same price.

The apartment complex is nice and the amenities are impressive. However, the apartment complex has been allowing personal trainers to train non-residents at both of the gyms and pools. The gym isn't large enough to accommodate this. They'll do long circuits, making a section unavailable for resident use. We complained to management and they assured us that the trainers are only there during the day when most people are at work. This isn't true. They have been there at 5pm, 8am, weekends, and pretty much all hours of the day. Not to mention that they are also extremely rude. If we had known this would be the case, we would have picked another apartment complex. We pay too much money for amenities that we aren't even able to fully enjoy. What type of complex rents out their tiny gym to non-residents? They don't even have multiple sets of weights, squat racks...etc to make this okay.

I love living here! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The residents create a sense of community. The place, itself, is beautiful, and there are a lot of activities available. The location is perfect.

Loved living here, the staff is amazing- remembers you by name, very helpful, and always gets things done when needed. The apartment was brand new, never had any issues. Great location, always felt safe. Only complaint is the price for a 1/1 was a little pricey.
