This is advertised as a non-smoking community. If you don't mind smokers then I would recommend living here. If cigarettes bother you, do not believe this is a non smoking place because it is not. Your neighbors smoke in front of your door and the smoke enters your unit. No consequences for those who violate the non smoking policy. Be careful of ejerr you park as well, they will tow you in an instant. I have been wrongfully towed and had to go through an entire process of being reimbursed for their mistakes. Maintence will take care of your issues and requests but they always tend to leave a mess behind and will not clean it up; dirty, wet foot prints on floor, your things placed out of order, lights left on and they will use your personal items to clean up their mess; used my personal bath towel to clean up a mess on the AC unit. Look elsewhere! Good luck.
