Do NOT move here. Management is horrible, they won't fix anything, they don't answer the phone,. It smells like urine everywhere none of the amenities work and there is constantly loud music blasting.

When I first moved here it wasn't bad I was told the rent wasn't gonna increase which was a lie! I moved in paying 925 now I'm at 995 any higher and I'm leaving I was a new tenant I stayed to myself but over the time OMG Ive had many problems in my unit with my air conditioning system after several try's of trying to get it to stay cool and the parking is horrible never nowhere to park and the building have a entrance and a exit but the exit Gate never worked so therefore it's only one way in and one way out and that causes confusion! The gate doesn't work at all it gets stuck and it also closes on your car! I'm a witness of that! Roaches everywhere trash everywhere even outside the trash chute! Nosey neighbors be in your business and Brenda the landlord.. So ------- rude don't speak and just stare at you when you go in the rent office! I don't like her she so rude!! She need ---- in her life! They move anybody in here just to fill the units! One night I was in the shower a young guy walked pass my window holding a gun! The property have camera but they only work in the rent office favor! Ex: if the gate isn't working properly and hit your car they'll say the cameras isn't working.. Ex: if you throw trash on the floor or even blink wrong they come calling your phone saying what they saw on camera. THE young crowd smoke all day & night all you see is weed wrap, spit, and Dutch insides all over the hallways besides the roaches.. THESE PIECE OF SHITS ISNT WORTH IT The clean up lady doesn't care about nothing but washing her clothes for free! Not worth it!! It start off good but along the road it's very very very Rocky I do not recommend at all!!

These apartments are not maintained by the managment. If you call Roderick he refers you to Brenda who says she can only do what Roderick tells and allows her to do. There are several cracks in the buildings, the sewage constantly overflows at the 1250 building, there are several pot holes in the parking lot, the laundry rooms are a hot mess and also the garbage room. Do not look at the pictures on the internet and think oh this is lovely.....the only lovely thing is that the apartments are big. They are not updated at all. They use the cheapest material to do repairs...they dont clean the walways, or clean the halls, the elevator in all buildings sucks, sometimes the gates stop working and so does the elevators. They do not screen their tenants, they put all types in the complex now just to fill them. BE AWARE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I had moved in to lakeshore apartment feburary 9th,2007. Unfortantly I can't move out till my lease runs out in Feb.2008. I have to deal with Loud noises every night near my daughter's room, neighbor Screams and curses and yells out side near my 3year old bedroom. Very Disrespectful. The other thing is my aircondtioner Runs, and Runs they say they fixed it but they didn't my electric bill is $240.00 a month! that air never turns off. From the day I moved in I had my cat,she is an indoor cat, she makes no mess very clean cat and quiet. Landlord found out I have a cat and is telling me I have 7days to get rid of it. But some of the other tenants have cats and puppies in the building. IT's NOT FAIR! I should of NEVER RENTED FROM LAKESHORE APARTMENTS, Rent is Too HIGH in Price!

I have been a resident for 10 years and of that I have received good service. However, one of the problems that I found that was consistent was the maintainence man inability to speak English. He came to work when he felt like it and nobody seemed to care. It will take numerous attempts to get the air conditioning working properly. That was really the only problems that I had. I love the large rooms because today you would pay a nice piece of change for these hugh apartments. I would recommend these apartments to others and I would inspite of the maintainence man would rent again.
